Btw...the front desk was excellent. 2nd The NP that I saw for shingles didn't even offer me no pain meds. Although I had blisters on my left inner and outer thigh with swelling, buttock and back. NP told me that I needed only 3days off (although I have Personal Paid PTO) from work. I just read that at my stage of shingles(blisters) was very contagious. I should have been out till the blister had dried and crusting. I think she thought I was trying to get some extra time off, NO NP...I just didn't want to be at work in pain, barely being able to sit or walk and contagious. I been at my jobs for 26yrs so I get 224hrs. of Paid PTO a yr. and 480hrs FMLA. I bet she stayed out more than 3days with her shingles. 3rd I talk to NP today to tell her my note for the 3days includes Sunday (day I came into the ofc). I don't work weekends just Mon-Fri. She said well I'm sorry I'm not giving you 5days. I didn't ask for 5days I just needed her to specify Mon-Wed although I could have been off longer b/c it was SHINGLES. It was the principles of the situation even though my supervisor understood that Shingles is very painful. I express to her that I will not be returning back to this urgent care I will continue with Physician East Urgent Care if open or what I dread the hospital if needed. Thank you for what you did do by prescribing the meds for the shingles, but I had to come back on Thursday for you to see that I needed some prednisone for swelling so thank you again.

Just for her to say I do good on a medicine that I don't do good on. She slanders me. I can't trust her being in there. I think all doctors do this, and this one may be pretty good in comparison. He did say he was going to take all things into consideration. But now that I think of it he's probably even better since he declined me taking a medicine I didn't want to be on. They also don't prioritize looking at MyChart, and they don't prioritize the introduction appointments that are default on there. I Don't know if they are ever going to let me do an appointment for bone health. AND, the front desk staff, nurses, and billing workers on the phone though are not nice. Everyone nowadays is difficult, pushy, outright disrespectful, unhelpful, and rude. This place included. Edit (would've gave a lower rating): Also importantly, the nurses were telling me that they couldn't do my injection in my leg and instead have to do it on my butt. That is not true! That is more painful, and inappropriate. They aren't comforting and instead are very strange about saying to put it in your butt. Like they have no sense that women are and should be modest. Women and even men in the south are disrespectful, ghetto, and agitated for no reason. They get on edge about the slightest things. On the phone they want to rush you and cut you off and not give you all the necessary information and it's simply not alright that they are cutting you off customers have important concerns and things to say that they don't even want to hear the basic info. It's unreal. Also It probably says on the box you can do it in the leg. The fact that they don't know this even though every single time I've done it for multiple months I was able to do it there is BAD SERVICE. I could've got JUMPED by them. They don't know ANYTHING by the way. It's not hard to know where You're supposed to put an injection as a nurse. This is RIDICULOUS.
