Long waits after arriving at the airport to be brought to car. Do not recommend. Others seemed to have buses circulating more frequently.

Waited 20 minutes for a shuttle after I called them twice. Fast Park is my preferred shuttle service but it's not one I would recommend to others. It is always a disappointment seeing other shuttles coming by to pick up their customers quickly and us having to wait for the Fast Park Shuttle. No one should have to wait such a long time especially after a long flight. Fast Park please improve your services and PLEASE make the sign at your entrance BIGGER. I have been asking for this to happen and it hasn't. Also, why am I not able to save my parking reservation in my apple wallet? You guys don't have an app, I should at least be able to save my reservation QR code in my phone's digital wallet. read more

We arrived on 3/2 for dropping off our vehicle. Overall pleased with the pricing, service, support and parking layout. Upon returning on 3/8 we noticed the unusually long delay for pickup compared to the competitors who appeared every 5 to 10 minutes. In addition my husband attempted to grab our luggage and told by the Fast Park attendant he would take care of it. Once we arrived to our parking spot we started to gather our luggage and attendant said he had them. He later stated the bag was heavy then dropped it on the ground breaking the wheel off the luggage. My husband still provided a tip and stopped by the office to report the incident. In speaking with someone at the office they apologized and comped the stay but offered no repair or replacement of the luggage. Initially we were going to let it go if able to repair. Unfortunately, we are now paying for the replacement of luggage unable to repair. Instead of the $57 comp for parking we are left paying a $100 for luggage replacement. read more

This would be an easy 5 stars if it weren't for how incredibly rude the staff is at the front. My goodness. Every single employee we've encountered in person or on the phone (excluding the actual shuttle drivers) are just plain rude and inconsiderate. I'm talking short answers, acting like you're annoying them by breathing, and have 0 response when you thank them. Otherwise, this is a great option for airport parking. It's easy in and easy out. Every spot is covered. The shuttles come and pick up quickly whether in the lot or at the airport. The system is very efficient and honestly, I like it more than arranging a ride from family or friends to and from the airport. The drivers we've had have always been friendly and helped load and unload our luggage. They also have a really good rewards program and it's easy to earn free days of parking. read more

Customer service and management of FastPark had declined horribly lately. Drivers are rude, and reliability has gone way down. Parking Spot is a much better company these days. Management needs to be replaced in a hurry! read more

Listen...Fast lPark is alright with me! I had two gentlemen take care of me for each right (wait....#pause that ain't sound right ). They were both very friendly and helpful with my luggage. Upon my return, I walked right out of ground transportation and FastPark was pulling up! There was a long ass line for something but luckily, I ain't have to stand in it. In fact, another FastPark pulled up right after he did. Upon entering the lot, a young lady helped me scan my reservation. And exiting was simple, i rescanned it, slid my credit card and was out quick fast and in a hurry! Which was all great because my flight was delayed on the runway for almost an hour so ya girl was antsy! This lot is completely covered and for 3 days, I paid $31 so cheaper than other lots . The only slight downfall to FastPark is it's location. You have to factor in slightly longer to and fro airport but it's cool. read more

We are frequent customers of this parking facility and I wanted to complement Rob one of their drivers. We had a problem last week because I lost my car keys. Rob was wonderful; loaded and unloaded our bags several times and offered my friend and myself the break room to wait while our husbands crossed town to get another set of keys. Everyone was extremely nice but Rob was exceptional. He didn't want to leave until our husbands came back. Rob has driven us many times and is a great person. Last year before summer vacation time started, my Yelper friend asked me about parking recommendation at Hobby Airport. Then, I asked the same question as where I can park at Bush Airport. She recommended this Fast Park. Next thing I did was to go online to get more info. Before making a reservation, I started to compare the prices. What is the difference? Daily rate of $5.95 or hourly rate of $2.00? I booked from Friday 5:30 am to Monday 10:00 pm. My total was $28.00 and it got me wondering. Let's do the math. Day 1 = $5.95 Day 2 = $5.95 Day 3 = $5.95 Day 4 = $5.95 Tax and... man, that's great deal. Cheaper than taking a round trip on Uber from Chinatown. The shuttle service was better than the Spot at HOU and other airports I visited. Although I can't travel during CoVid19 restriction, I still receive email updates from Fast Park. Service I received in August 2019 was really pleasant and memorable. By me documenting this memory as a review, it reminds me to use their service again when I fly out of Bush International Airport in the future. read more

Shuttles are quickly rotated. They also don't wait around trying to fill the entire shuttle before taking off. Sometimes i'll be the only one on the shuttle :) EV parking use to be free, but now they charge. It was only a matter of time. Also prices went up. Boo.... read more

I don't see myself using another parking location when I fly at this point. I was definetly won over by the service and hospitality of FastPark & Relax. Thanks to the reviews by of fellow Yelpers, I took a chance and made a reservation a few days before my departure. Upon arriving to the facility, I had my qr code handy on paper (because technology is not 100% reliable), but it was around 7 am so there was an attendant there to greet us. Once he saw my reservation, he radioed someone and directed us where to find parking in the lot, which is organized by the alphabet. Don't know why, but it was easier to remember what row we parked on based on a letter versus number. Go figure! Upon parking, a van pulled up behind us and another car in the same row as us...like 1 minute later. No waiting whatsoever! I was actually afraid we would miss this transfer but the driver was very patient and asked us to make sure we had locked our vehicles. You are given a card that documents your covered space Once you're on the bus. It is t your ticket back to the lot, so don't lose it! Despite the construction around the airport we arrived to Terminal C without any issues! Once more, the same experience departing IAH was the same arriving back home after the trip. A little wait, but nothing too obnoxiously long. 10 minutes probably. Plus, you don't even have to call for a pick up during peal hours-- they come a consistent basis. There was a line of people wanting to get on the bus we were waiting on, but they gave grace to my elderly mother and let us be the last 2 that could get into the van. When you hand the ticket to the driver they figure out who gets dropped off first. The process was very quick and efficient. You pay at the kiosk upon leaving for the time your vehicle is parked on the premised, you pay with a credit card. The experience was smooth, easy, a.d affordable! Way cheaper than Park N FLY! Plus they have a reward program! Perks for parking sounds good to me! read more

Usually pretty hit or miss, completely depending on who is driving your shuttle. A good driver will be a decent experience, sometimes great. But most drivers will make the trip to the airport even more of a hassle than it otherwise would be, putting a damper on any vacation and making a business trip all the more frustrating. read more

They pick you up at your car almost immediately after you park. Take you right to your terminal and when you return they pass by every 15-20 minutes or so. Super easy! read more

I am such a big fan of FastPark & Relax that I cannot imagine myself taking an Uber to the airport ever again. I am able to make a reservation ahead of time, check in with my QR code once at the facility, park in a shaded spot, and fly with the peace of mind that my car will be in a safe location while I am away. Also, the drivers are very courteous, and so efficient you will never have to wait too long to be picked up at the parking lot or at the airport upon return. Let me tell you, if you are not using FastPark & Relax, you are doing it all wrong! read more

If you have an electrice vehicle (EV)/ TESLA, this is the parking lot for you ! It's about $5 per day - min 2 days. ALL covered stalls (for no extra charge) and they have about 15 EV stalls -- only about 7 chargers tho. It is first come first serve even if you have a res so I would call ahead as you're heading there to make sure esp if you need to charge when you arrive. I really hope they figure out how to make it more effective since I needed to charge when I arrived (for tesla model 3, 200 miles estimated 6 hours until complete) but my trip was for 4 days. They told me it would be plugged in for the entire time which I think is a waste especially seeing how all the stalls were filled. I did notice some cars not plugged in at all either. I wonder how their system works. In addition they do have wall plug ins as well (altho I didn't try them). In hindsight I probably should have just plugged in but I wasn't thinking and was rushing to get to my flight. The EV stalls are right in the front and I saw a good mix of them tesla etc. The bus promptly came to pick me up and drop me off at my gate. It was very fast and efficient!!! read more

Not enough shuttles. Both at lot and pickup. Way too long to wait. We will be going with Parking Spot 2 next time. Tons of shuttles. I've seen five since I've been waiting (and still waiting) for FastParking. I even called and woman told me to wait. "They're on their way". And quickly dismissed my call. Still waiting. It's been over 20 minutes since I got here and over 10 minutes since I called. I'd skip this one. Just not enough buses. Ended up taking 30 minutes. They are now packing our bus at the next terminal, with others left behind. Not enough buses. The drivers are nice, though. read more

I've been parking here for 3 years but the last 2 trips the service picking up at the airport has been horrible. I would rate it a 1. The wait was apprx 25 min each time to be picked up. At 15 min I call for a pickup. Today 2 vans arrived at the same time after waiting 25 I told the driver we had been waiting 25 min and he said sorry and laughed. I told him it's not funny and you should remove the word Fast from your name. The pickup at the parking lot has changed also. My van was full and dropped off at all 4 terminals. That new and slower unless you are the first stop. I have some free days coming so I'll try it one more time and use my free days. read more

This year is the first time I've ever used them and so far I've used them 3 times. They've been great each time!! The attendants at the facility were patient and helpful, the drivers were great with everything from picking us up timely to helping us on and off, and I had called the office a couple of times (I was agitated and nervous because it was late at night and I couldn't find the terminal door and the girl on the phone was patient and kind). Never again. The last two times I've used them we waited for 30 while the Parking Spot shuttles passed by every 5 minutes. Today after waiting 20 minutes a shuttle came but was full. 10 minutes later 2 arrived. One was almost full and the other empty. The driver in the empty shuttle wouldn't even look at us until she confirmed the other bus was full. Terrible service. read more

I have had great experiences here and then I have had some bad ones. This last one really was a bad experience. I rarely fly into terminal B, but I did this last trip. To confirm where to go since it is COVID times and things change, I looked at my ticket (see photo, sorry it is a little blurry) which told me where to wait at B and I was waiting at the Fast Park sign (see photo) at B. I sat there for about 20 minutes before I decided to call. The lady on the phone, who had a little attitude said they are only picking up at C & E. I know things have changed because of COVID, but they did not have any signage up stating they were not picking up there. Other parking lots were picking up there so you would think it would be safe to assume that Fast Park would be too. This was a Sunday night around 6:15 pm, so it was not like it was not a busy airport time and limited services. Glad I called, not sure if my FasPark & Relax over a decade of loyalty will continue. read more
