This was my first time using parking spot number one at Bush Airport. I believe it will be my last. Check-in was not a problem. However, when we returned from a 10-hour flight, the first van to pick us up was full. The second van that arrived was mostly empty but did not stop at Terminal 5 and just passed us by. I believe the driver saw us frantically waving. I called the number to try and get a van. Eventually, a third van came and took us to our spot. At least that driver was quite friendly. When it was time to check out, there was confusion regarding my bill, which wasted an additional 10 to 15 minutes. I would pay extra for more efficiency. I will try a different brand next time. read more

I got there and waited for 15 mins. - walked over to the front and was told that they didn't have enough drivers ? Wtf You had one job. Barely got to my terminal to check in. I've never been one to use off-airport parking -- usually I just stick to the airport's own lots -- but I tagged along with a friend this trip and may need to rethink my strategy at home. The covered, secured parking was a big plus, especially knowing the car would be shaded and protected. Drivers were friendly and quick to help with bags, and the shuttle service felt organized once we got going. We did get directed to a row with no open spots, which meant circling around and missing a couple of shuttles, but thankfully we had time to spare. The price, especially if you book ahead, is a great deal for the convenience and peace of mind. Ricky was our driver on the trip to the airport, and Brandon was our driver on the way back from the airport - both were excellent drivers, professional, friendly, and funny. Great work! read more

My husband and I switched from our usual parking spot service because we saw The Parking Spot had a deal going on. After our ride to and from the airport, we will be returning right back to our original service. I'm not giving them 1 star solely because the pricing is very reasonable (though comparable to other services) and our driver on the way back from the airport was kind enough to carry our bags to our car upon drop off. Check in and pick up was smooth. Our shuttle was waiting on our row as soon as we parked. The ride was rough, and the driver was very short with us. The ride back to our car from the airport was ROUGH. It was rougher than the plane landing. Every time we hit a bump, it sounded and felt like the shuttle was going to fall apart. The driver checked his phone a few times. It was just very uncomfortable and not something I want to experience again. read more

Best place to park at both Houston airports. I highly recommend. At IAH there are 3-4 spots. JFK #1, 2 and 3 Many shuttles and fast pickups, the airport was very busy and when I got outside to get in line the shuttle was just leaving so I had to wait but within 10 mins another shuttle arrived. All the lines for parking spot were short but others were long and took a few shuttle to get picked up, longer wait time. Also side note Echo Park is owned and ran by the city so, very slow shuttle service and long lines waiting for pickup. Today I had a very pleasant experience at The Parking Spot #1 on Will Clayton. We came back from a trip with the kids and were picked up quickly. The drivers were really nice and they helped get all our luggage and car seats in and out of the shuttle. When we arrived at our car we had a dead battery in the July Texas heat. I asked the employees there if they had a way to jump our car and they did! It looks like they also have capabilities to air a tire as well. It's gotten to the point I have to change, when you arrive from your trip and are waiting on a shuttle every other company has minimum 2 buses show up to their 1. Would have given them 1 star , except the drivers were friendly. The prices have doubled. I parked for 3 days this past weekend. I was told there were only premium spots left. My bill for 3 days was $74.50! INSANE! The spot was small. Zero difference from a regular spot. My family member parked in a regular spot and she was picked up first. I had to wait. The staff is rude (other than the drivers) and customer service non existent. I will park at my usual other covered parking in the future at Fast Park and Relax. It would have cost me $33 . Less than half, and their shuttles are nicer. Less wait times. For 3 days ar $75.... I literally could have parked on site at the airport and not had to wait for a shuttle. read more

Been parking here for a long, long time. Never really had a bad experience like missing a flight. Bumpy rides have nothing to do with the company you park with but with road maintenance by the city. It genuinely sucks (for Will Clayton Blvd). I deducted one star because the payment system has recently gone on the fritz. Used to be to show the QR code and leave. Now, even though I use mobile check-in and check-out I consistently have to swipe my CC. Was told they know about it. But where is the fix? read more

Be careful and don't get the locations confused! The Will Clayton location is much better than the JFK side. The shuttles from JFK are terrible, smell and are in horrible condition. I have been on nicer Metro buses. The drivers are the worst! They just sit there instead of standing up to help you with your bags. If you get in late you will wait twice as long for a shuttle to your car also. After dealing with this bootleg location for months hoping it's a bad day clearly it's not. Although JFK is more convenient coming from 45 going forward I will use the Will Clayton or another company. If you care about service DONT USE THE JFK LOCATION! read more

I always use TPS when traveling. Every time I do I always say it will be my last time using them lol. Why do I keep using them? The price is cheap. I usually end up waiting too long to get picked up by the shuttle to be taken to the airport. I would recommend taking that into consideration, when determining what time to arrive for your flight. I've been using The Parking Spot (and it's locations) at IAH for quite a while now and it's my preferred parking option when I fly out from IAH. As the name suggests, this parking spot is on Will Clayton parkway and during my stint using this spot, I've always had a good experience. I booked the covered self-park at The parking spot on Will Clayton for about 3 days (This is the ONLY option for parking. If you're not a fan of the covered parking or the money doesn't justify this premium, you can opt for a different parking spot location) This particular spot ONLY has the covered parking option. I expected the prices to burn a hole in my pocket (since there was no other option) but that wasn't the case. They are almost on par with the other parking garages nearby in terms of price (for covered parking option and with their own parking spots located elsewhere around IAH) so you wouldn't feel like you've paid a premium by selecting this parking spot. They have a robust loyalty program (which is a HUGE PLUS in my opinion) and you can rack up free parking days easily by booking directly with them. They have a good shuttle service in place for pick up and drop off to and from the parking lot. Let's talk about the overall end-to-end experience now, from start to finish. Once you make the reservation online (or via the app, which, by the way, is super user friendly), you show up at your reservation time and they will let you know where to park (the aisle). Once you park, there will be a shuttle to pick you up from your spot (which is also a HUGE PLUS since there is no walking involved with your luggage). Once you are in, the driver would hand you your parking ticket making a note of the aisle and the parking number where you parked (PRO TIP: take a snap of that ticket so that even if you misplace it somehow, you would have a backup, since I've seen incidents whereby customers lose it and then they tend to either fight or convince the shuttle driver to pick them up from the airport). Once you arrive at the airport after your vacation, you wait at the shuttle pick up zone for a shuttle to the correct parking spot destination (since they have multiple parking spots at IAH). Once you're dropped off, the checkout process is easy. You show up at the exit and scan the barcode from your app. If you've overstayed, the checkout machine will reflect the change in your final price and you pay that off using your credit card. The pickup shuttle can be a hit or a miss; fortunately, for me, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. In any case, once you open the app, it picks up your location and shows you available shuttles in the area for the pickup. If you arrive later in the night, or are waiting for longer time, they have a phone number to inquire about a shuttle for pickup. I use the parking spot off Will Clayton each time I fly out of IAH. Reservations online for covered parking is quick and easy. There is unfortunately only one representative working the whole entrance whether you're coming in or going but having the QR code is a breeze to use upon exiting. The drivers are hit or miss in terms of being there once you arrive on-site so do account for the time to be picked up and others as well. The drivers pick up and drop off to all terminals so there is a risk you wait for others. There hasn't been a huge wait for the shuttle once I land but do pay attention to all Parking Spot buses. The Will Clayton has a blue stripe on the side and front so beware of the JFK (red stripe) and Parking Spot 2 buses. Cold water is available at the exit. read more

This is my first time using TPS at Clayton. We have used the one in JFK many times before. However, when I went to make a reservation spaces were not available. I felt that I the pickup service was much better at Clayton. We didn't really have to wait at all. The shuttle parked next to us shortly after we parked and waited for us to be ready. They give you a card with your parking spot number which you are to give to the driver upon pickup. Pickup was very simple, but this time we did have to wait a few minutes. Pay attention to the number on your card. There is a bus for Clayton 1 and another for Clayton 2. Drivers were very attentive and helpful with our luggage. The reason they lost a star is because they seem to have a dead signal area. This becomes an issue when you try to pull up your app to scan during checkout. The guy at the booth was clueless as to how to pull up my account. Basing on how he handled it, he wasn't able to look up my account by name, license plate or phone number. Perhaps he was not willing to go through the effort. His only solution was for me to login to their Wi-Fi, which didn't really help. It wasn't until my phone was finally able to reboot that I was able to access the barcode. Do yourself a favor and prepay when you do the reservation! Overall, a very good experience and I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

Parking spot lost their appeal. After following the instructions for pick up in Terminal B, I waited for 20 minutes before calling the number. When I asked when the next bus will arrive, I was told rudely that there was no pick up in Terminal B. No apologies or reasons given for why this information was not given to me at the time I parked my car. Wait time at Terminal B was longer than normal. Do not park with this company!!!! We waited for an hour and a half to get picked up. They answered the phone once and then stopped answering. Didn't get picked up until 2am. The line was so long for parking lot 2 but buses kept coming for the other lots. They wouldn't take any of us though. They unload by dropping costumers off one by one?! There has to be a better way. It took 45 minutes from the time one tiny bus left until the other arrived. When they finally picked up the bus smelt like pee. THEN it took a while for them to check people out. I've been a PNF Miami location Customer for several years. Since The Parking Spot bought them, the service is going down to the drain. I had used the new app but it's not working properly. When I try to make the check-In on Wednesday, 22 May 2024, I had to made it twice; one manually and the other at the office. Also, on my way back on Saturday, May 25 2024, I used the pick up service with no results. We had to wait for the shuttle for more than 20 minutes. We as customers, are loosing the convenience and stress free service we had in the past. I hope "The Parking Spot" correct this key issues we are facing now. read more

If I could give no stars, definitely would. Last three times I have parked to take shuttle to airport, I have waited 10-22 min for shuttle to pick up at parking spot. When arriving today, I stepped off curb and waived hand at driver, he slowly kept driving as as he was accelerating from turnaround at terminal B I had to hit the window. Clueless of surroundings and person walking along side of bus. I have traveled and parked at the parking spot for 3 years. The customer service and representatives of the spot are horrible in the last 2 months. Almost missed flight the other day due to 22 min wait at car for shuttle to take to airport. Told gal on cart and she said there should be one coming soon. Another 10 min went by and two other customers waiting on isle said they have had same treatment more than once over the last few weeks. There is only one reason I can not give this place 4 stars...that reason is simply price. I do not mind that their are several other parking companies closer to Terminal E, and the airport overall. I do love that if I am around any terminal at IAH, you will see several of these spotted buses cruising in the area. I do like that they have a membership card as well. I do not like that they are substantially higher than the other parking spots around the area. I also do not like that sometimes, membership does not have its privileges. You will be given a bottle of water when you exit if you so desire. Trust me when I say that water comes in handy during these Texas summers! I have not experienced a true delay in getting picked up from this company. All in all, they get the job done at a slightly higher price. read more

Returning home from a trip in late August 2023, it took over an hour (starting at 9:30pm) for us to get to our car in Parking Spot #1 on Will Clayton Parkway (IAH). To add injury to insult, Parking Spot had clearly & substantially raised its rates while we were gone, and charged us the higher rates. Before we left town, I had confirmed online about $8+/day for covered parking; when we returned, we were charged over $13/day (plus taxes & fees). When we were leaving, the attendant claimed that lower rate would've been for the #2 lot, because #1 was more expensive. A later check online showed only a nominal difference between the two. Parking Spot had evidently raised its rates in the interim, but charged us the higher rate. Given the higher cost and poor service, it's no wonder two vans for FastPark filled with passengers while we waited for the Parking Spot van. Even if I'm wrong and the rate had not changed, though I've used Parking Spot regularly for years, but will never park there again. Find another lot to leave your car. Or just take Uber. read more
