Shuttles can take a LONG time to pick you up from your parking spot and they have a followed route to drop off at terminals. Parking Spot recently took over this location, we had some confusion from the lady at the booth. She informed us that if the shuttle did not come in 8 minutes we should find another parking lot and that she was going to quit because of the new ownership. The scanners don't work, there's no staff to assist, there aren't enough shuttles and the process take three times as long. Unfortunately, when acquired by the parking spot the experience plummeted. I frequently travel and always use their services because of the free car wash but today will be the last time. During my wait time, I've seen at least 10 Eco Park shuttles and several of the yellow polka dot shuttles and only 1 Park N Fly. I waited 30min and had 2 Park N Fly shuttles come by with which the drivers left us because they had to make "another stop" and the other was full which didn't make sense because we were the first in line and still got skipped. Went to Park N Fly for years. Always had pleasant experiences from start to finish, with prompt pickup and drop off from polite employees. This is my first experience with them since they were bought by Parking Spot, and the experience has PLUMMETED. Delayed pickup in the lot, absolute nightmare of a line that was confusing and frustrating at Terminal C, and impatient and short tempered drivers. It's been four months since the acquisition occurred, which should be sufficient time to iron out any kinks. I will be considering their competitors for my next flight. read more

They decided to combine the shuttles with the next door JFK location, which has resulted in poor response times and overloaded shuttles. If one wants to stick to parking spot I would suggest trying the Will Clayton locations as plenty of dose shuttles came by while I was waiting for a JFK shuttle to pick me up. read more

Good place to park in Houston at the airport. This is from someone who usually only uses the attached airport garage terminal parking & doesn't have a lot of time, especially for waiting around. Staff were friendly. Quick shuttle service - both there & back. Literally right next to the terminal so it takes like 5 min 'ish to get there. Two Issues: *AAA discount was fake (they told me to pay online and then I would receive AAA discount when leaving but then when I was leaving they told me no there's no AAA discount even though it's on their site). *Carwash was down evidently because it was like 45 degrees due to "weather". I have a lot of experience with car washes - there was no reason for it to be down when it's 45degrees F outside. I was looking forward to the wash and that's part of the reason I booked. I have been parking at Park N Fly forever 20 plus years. No more. This was the worst customer experience EVER. Too bad Park N Fly sold to the Parking Spot. It took more than 7 minutes to pick me up at my car going out bound....they don't go in order either to drop you off took forever to get to terminal and on my return took over 45 minutes after I got on the bus to get me to my car. I fly every week nearly and this was the worst experience. Service was impeccable at Park N Fly prior to the merger/buy out. Not so much with The Parking Spot. It may not be the cheapest place to park, but we have never had to wait on a shuttle, when arriving the shuttle is waiting for me. Upon leaving, there has always been a shuttle outside the terminals. They also offer a free car wash upon exiting if you wish. Plus free water. read more

It's such a shame that this once solid parking option was purchased by The Parking Spot. Since then, it's been a complete mess and I will never be using them again. Complete chaos and disorganization now. I had a mid-morning flight a few weeks ago, and I pulled into the lot noticing several people standing at their cars waiting for a shuttle. I stood outside my car for about 10 mins along with several others in my row and quickly realized that we might not get a shuttle to the terminal. After trying to chase down 2 shuttles that both ended up being full, I had to call an Uber to get from the lot to the terminal because I along with 20-30 other people spent 30 mins scrambling around the parking lot trying to get a shuttle and was now at risk of missing my flight. I parked for a week and can't recommend this place enough. We prepaid (around $5.50 per day online) and had very reliable service for pick up and drop off (less than 5 mins wait both times). When we left, we even got a free car wash! There's a car wash station in the middle that you can upgrade for $2-8 for more deluxe washes. We reserved with P&F after my original complaint. Everything went well now. We drove there and was greeted by a nice lady. She also said handicapped parking is cheaper but it's at the open space. Anyhow, since I have reserved the covered space and prepaid, I went to park where I reserved. The driver came to pick us up very quickly and was nice. Decent place off JFK Blvd with easy access to all terminals. It appears to be clean and safe. I have used it for years. The preferences are given to covered parking which is more expensive. After exhausting flight coming back to get a vehicle for pick up -I just followed the instructions on ticket I was given to. This was the first time I've use this facility as I typically used fast park and relax. I had no issues with dropping off, but upon pick up there's no instructions on where to wait besides terminal E so I had to call and no one answered. Someone called me back 10 minutes later and then I waited an additional 24 minutes for the shuttle. Two of them circled around the cul-de-sac and didn't pick up any passengers or drop any off. There was a long line to exit as well and only one lane open. Uncovered parking was also more expensive than covered at the other place I used. Avoid them. All of the entry machines were broken when I arrived resulting in a long line that started on JFK and blocking traffic. The line took forever because she had to explain this to each car in the one line they had open and then manually write out an entry ticket even if you had paid in advance. I had excellent service and would definitely recommend to park here. When we first arrived and parked, the bus came immediately to our parked car to pick us up before we even finished unloading our stuff. I was in a hurry and forgot my back pack with our passports and documents and the driver was kind enough to turn around immediately and let me get them. Nice man at booth will greet you with a "good morning!" and a warm smile. 3. Nice man at booth will tell you what row to park in. 4. Once parked, a shuttle will magically appear right outside your car. 5. Shuttle driver hands you a piece of wallet-sized paper with your parking stall #. 6. Sit in a comfortable shuttle for 10 minutes until arrival to your terminal. 7. Upon return to airport, shuttle will magically appear right outside your terminal. 8. Yes! I finally found a way to make it to the airport on time! No more waiting around for friends or family to take me to the airport!! Now I can drive myself!! woohoo! I have used their service two times from IAH and I really have no complaints. You can park your car under covered or uncovered parking and be sure it will be there when you return. Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion. They were really a life saver Labor day weekend when all the lots were full at the airport! The guy driving the shuttle did all he could to get me to the airport on time! All I paid was about $28 for three days(weekend)! Now, I prefer to use Park'n fly rather than have someone take me to the airport (for short trips). Driving yourself really saves you a lot of waiting around.
