PROTECTED & EASY-TO-USE! I utilized The Parking Spot's shuttle from IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) Airport to get to their lot and pick up a Turo rental vehicle. My shuttle driver was super friendly and provided tips on entrances and exits within the lot to maximize success during my trip to Houston. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about the airport property and provided local insights. The Parking Spot itself has two large lots on either side of the Springhill Suites on JFK blvd. At drop-off, shortly after arriving to Houston, I found my Kia Soul under lock and key safely tucked away on the premisis. Everything on the lot is surrounded by fencing and there's a 24/7 attendant at the front entrance. The lot has parking numbers on the pavement to help track down vehicle locations. During my second visit, I was returning my Turo Kia and it was easy to find a space to park it. I felt safe and the property is fairly well-lit. A car wash is available for last minute clean-ups! Note: Make sure you're exiting and entering from the far right. It's provides easy access if you're using Turo. read more

I came back again trying to save money and didn't realize I booked a different location this time. They have three lots, so double check which one you reserved or you'll end up driving to the wrong place like I did and then having to go to another lot. You can cancel and rebook, but I had a coupon and discount code and didn't feel like dealing with changing it. On the positive side, they offered water when exiting and the staff was helpful. When I got back from my trip my tire was flat. I told the front desk and someone came out right away to put air in it. It didn't take long and there was no real delay. I have parked here since it was branded under a different name. It's easy to enter and get an assigned row. Every time there is a bus waiting on us to take us to the terminal. The only downside was that the shuttles weren't coming that often after our return flight. There were other parking lot shuttles that seemed to constantly come. We waited about 15 minutes. Horrible! The spots are WAY too small. Can't even exit in a truck without scraping your mirrors. There's no organization at IAH to line up while you wait so people blob up and cut each other off. Apparently, there are two row Rs. *strike 1. When we returned there was a line of at least 75 people waiting to be picked up. This meant several people were standing in on-coming traffic with no other option. *strike 2. It was our first time using this service. I looked online for options and selected this one. They sent me a QR code to show at check-in. When we got there, we were concerned about whether it would take too long to get to the airport. Once we parked, a bus was already waiting to pick us up. We left the car for 3 nights. When we came back, our flight arrived almost at 23 hrs. When we got out of the airport, one bus was waiting at the spot. It was really quick to get to our car. I showed up for an early flight and the lady operating the kiosk was exceptionally rude. My confirmation QR wasn't working, and she was unpleasant, snippy, and less than helpful This location has always given me issues. I put in the address and sometimes I'd have uncovered parking and it always sends me to covered, and again, the attendants are rude This particular stay I had to wait nearly 30min for a shuttle. Typically they are right behind you as you park, but not this time. There weren't even shuttles in the distance. At one point a shuttle came by and motioned that another shuttle would come for us, but then we waited another 10min or so The driver wasn't very friendly. I had a huge 50 pound pelican case, a backpack, and a medium-large suitcase. I wasn't offered help at all. I was told to walk to the spot where they were already picking people up and then they asked what parking number I was When I got back in town and got on a bus there was no greeting or offer to help. I was looked at like I didn't know what I was doing and asked "are you at JFK?" I had the paper in hand and they could have simply read that This was not a pleasant experience. I use the parking spot often when traveling. Reserving was easy, I used my online app and reserved in advance. On the day of travel, I checked in at the gate and was told where to park. The only complaint I have is the lot is so small. Our truck barely fit in the tiny spots, we didn't do oversized because we have a normal size truck. The spots are just super tiny and close. Both shuttle drivers were quick and friendly. On the way back, the driver wanted to put many more people on the bus. There was no room although there were a couple of seats. It was simply too crowded. They had regular shuttles so there were no worries about the wait times either coming or going. read more

I used to use this service a few time a month but it became so undependable for either pickup at the lot or airport. After retiring I decided to try it again but it is still hit and miss. Three weeks ago it was good within 15 minutes. This week was terrible The pickup at the lot was about 20 minutes but the airport pickup was over 30 minutes. I estimate the line of people waiting a pickup at Terminal c to be over 50. The reservation system asks for when you will be departing and arriving and how many people. Why can't they make use of this to plan better? I will seek out another service to try before I go back to the Parking Spot. read more

I have used The Parking Spot three times. The first two times was smooth, but the last time was horrible. TPS has decent prices due to their discounts. On the 3rd reservation, I booked for a long stay from June 20, 2026 to July 11, 2026. With the discount, I only had to pay $156.79. I didn't realize until I arrived to the JFK Blvd location that I had arrived one day earlier. I couldn't scan my code to get in. A worker helped me get in which was awesome. He told me to save the new code to use when I return. When I returned and scanned that code to leave, I was charged $388.30. What an outrageous difference. I contacted customer service with an expectation that they reverse that outrageous amount, but instead they refunded the amount on my reservation ($156.79). TPS sent me an email for feedback. At this time, I felt TPS didn't care about their guests. I gave a low score which prompted their Assistant Manager to reach out via email. I responded immediately explaining exactly what the issue was. I don't think they really care to know. They were just following protocol. Anyways, I will not be using TPS in the future. Parking spot app has inconsistencies. I trusted their Apple Maps link to take me to the correct location (not a TX native) and it took me almost 2 hours away from where I was supposed to be. As a result, I missed my flight and paid $600 to get another ticket. They gave 7 days of free parking as opposed to reimbursement due to a mishap on their end. Not to mention the attendant the next morning was rude, and their bus drivers drive insanely. Don't trust their Apple Maps links and hold on for dear life on the buses. First time parking here, and i had booked before looking at the reviews so i was a bit nervous. I had booked for uncovered, when i scanned the code up front the man told me where to park, when i parked there was already a bus in front of my car so i did not even have to do much walking. The ride was quick i did not have to wait since i was the first one to get dropped off. How ever though i would recommend coming 2 hours before boarding time just in case. Coming back i did have to call for a shuttle since i couldn't track one on the app. On the card they give you it even says 10pm-6am to call for shuttle, & i landed during those times. it even tells you where to walk to get picked up. I didn't have to do much waiting either just maybe 8 ish min so they're pretty quick & i was literally the only one waiting for the bus on that terminal. Overall I would 10/10 book here again. The Friday before Memorial Day, arguably one of the biggest travel holidays, we attempt to pull up to the Parking Spot JFK for our reservation, only to find more than 12 cars deep waiting. We finally get to the window and what we see is an employee, manually thumbing through a book to find parking details to write on a torn piece of paper. That torn piece of paper was handed to us as we were quickly given the verbal version of what was on the paper. See the attachment to view it firsthand. This is 2025! This exceeds the time we missed a flight because the shuttle driver stopped to pick up a couple with children, and they were nowhere near ready, nor were they rushing. They were so relaxed that the passengers were asking the driver why he wouldn't ask them if they were waiting on the next shuttle. That incident, combined with circling the lot took us over 30 minutes from the time we parked, to the time we made it to drop our bags at the airport. This last incident with the written paper instructions has pushed me to use Uber when I can. The poor attendant, 1 line, 1 person, did what she could. My parking experience with The Parking Spot JFK was just okay, and that's entirely due to the frequency of the shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were always very nice and accommodating. Both when dropping off my car and upon my return to IAH, the wait time for the shuttle was far too long, approaching 20 minutes each time. This added unnecessary stress and delay to my travels. I observed that competitor services in the area seem to have a much better rotation. I am no longer satisfied with the service I received. I have used the Parking Spot for 7 years and have been very satisfied. When I flew out of IAH in May I waited close to 45 minutes for a shuttle. Now on June 16, 2026 I waited close to 30 minutes along with other guests. Today I tried to extend my stay more than 24 hours before I was to pick up my car. For some reason I could not get the Parking Spot to accept my credit card - the same card I used to book the reservation, I tried to call - impossible. I am a Spot member and they ended up charging me $16.75 per day to extend parking for 3 days + tax, etc.. This morning it was going to be $50. something- now $53.20. When I checked in on the 17th I thought I might have to extend my stay because of a death in the family. I landed at 6:38 and I am JUST now getting to the pick up area and waiting for the shuttle at 8:16. Little did I know it would be stopping at every terminal to pick up passengers. Not sure if this is how it always works but once Fine AirPort picked us up we'd go straight to the lot. They have really gone down hill.... will try another company next time. Most of the time, we use the Parking Spot 2 location and haven't had any issues with this company. It's usually pretty convenient and inexpensive, which we appreciate. However, we landed at IAH on July 9th, right after Hurricane Beryl came through the city, and we had an AWFUL encounter with the JFK shuttle drivers. Now, let me start by saying that I completely understand the circumstances of the situation as half the city was still out of power at the time. However, we stood in a ridiculously long line waiting to get picked up because only TWO of the Parking Spot 2 shuttles (the location we parked at this time) were running yet FIVE of the Parking Spot JFK shuttles were running. The issue at hand was that NO ONE was getting on the JFK shuttles and they just kept circling around, empty with no passengers. Myself and a few other people in line for Spot 2 asked the empty JFK shuttle drivers if they could take a round of people to Parking Spot 2 since their shuttles were empty and our line was super long. Two different JFK drivers said "No, I only go to JFK. This is not my problem" WOW. Okay, keep driving around in your empty shuttle, wasting gas while resources are limited in this city and let 60+ people stand in the heat, waiting for one of two shuttles for Parking Spot 2 to come. We could not believe that this was happening, especially in our city which prides itself on lending a hand when needed. I will NEVER EVER use the JFK location and I'm considering to stop using Parking Spot altogether. read more

Since they purchased park n fly, should you choose to park there know that you will be the last to be dropped off. They prioritize the parking spot folks. Past that had to wait 30 minutes for a bus that had a broken steering column. Poor girl couldnt get it into drive every time without having to play with it. Which made getting back to my vehicle even longer. From the time of pick up it was 50 minutes to my vehicle. With the 30 minutes of waiting for a bus, 80 minutes. Eighty. Unacceptable. Even for a sub par parking place. When you try to leave park n fly, good freaking luck. They removed a lot of the signage so now you can't make heads or tails of where the exit is.
