They're convenient, cost effective and efficient. I love the shuttle, and the clear directions on where to park this row by letter and number. If you book online you'll save a few dollars. I always feel safe knowing my car is here during travel.

I have parked here since it was branded under a different name. It's easy to enter and get an assigned row. Every time there is a bus waiting on us to take us to the terminal. The only downside was that the shuttles weren't coming that often after our return flight. There were other parking lot shuttles that seemed to constantly come. We waited about 15 minutes. Every time there is e we saw one of their shuttles, it was from their other lot.

It was our first time using this service. I looked online for options and selected this one. They sent me a QR code to show at check-in. When we got there, we were concerned about whether it would take too long to get to the airport. Once we parked, a bus was already waiting to pick us up. We left the car for 3 nights. When we came back, our flight arrived almost at 23 hrs. When we got out of the airport, one bus was waiting at the spot. It was really quick to get to our car. To check out you scan your qr code one more time. Amazing experience, thank you.

I showed up for an early flight and the lady operating the kiosk was exceptionally rude. My confirmation QR wasn't working, and she was unpleasant, snippy, and less than helpful This location has always given me issues. I put in the address and sometimes I'd have uncovered parking and it always sends me to covered, and again, the attendants are rude This particular stay I had to wait nearly 30min for a shuttle. Typically they are right behind you as you park, but not this time. There weren't even shuttles in the distance. At one point a shuttle came by and motioned that another shuttle would come for us, but then we waited another 10min or so The driver wasn't very friendly. I had a huge 50 pound pelican case, a backpack, and a medium-large suitcase. I wasn't offered help at all. I was told to walk to the spot where they were already picking people up and then they asked what parking number I was When I got back in town and got on a bus there was no greeting or offer to help. I was looked at like I didn't know what I was doing and asked "are you at JFK?" I had the paper in hand and they could have simply read that This was not a pleasant experience. Typically they are quick even if they're unpleasant, but this time they weren't and I nearly missed my flight Some tips: Consider having someone drop you off at the airport. If you're going to use them join their rewards program to earn points. They also occasionally run promotions and have discount codes Cheers!!

I use the parking spot often when traveling. Reserving was easy, I used my online app and reserved in advance. On the day of travel, I checked in at the gate and was told where to park. The only complaint I have is the lot is so small. Our truck barely fit in the tiny spots, we didn't do oversized because we have a normal size truck. The spots are just super tiny and close. Both shuttle drivers were quick and friendly. On the way back, the driver wanted to put many more people on the bus. There was no room although there were a couple of seats. It was simply too crowded. They had regular shuttles so there were no worries about the wait times either coming or going.

Parking Spot App took me 1hr. And 45 minutes away from the airport

Parking spot app has inconsistencies. I trusted their Apple Maps link to take me to the correct location (not a TX native) and it took me almost 2 hours away from where I was supposed to be. As a result, I missed my flight and paid $600 to get another ticket. They gave 7 days of free parking as opposed to reimbursement due to a mishap on their end. Not to mention the attendant the next morning was rude, and their bus drivers drive insanely. Don't trust their Apple Maps links and hold on for dear life on the buses. Adding a screenshot of where the maps took me vs where the airport is.

First time parking here, and i had booked before looking at the reviews so i was a bit nervous. I had booked for uncovered, when i scanned the code up front the man told me where to park, when i parked there was already a bus in front of my car so i did not even have to do much walking. The ride was quick i did not have to wait since i was the first one to get dropped off. How ever though i would recommend coming 2 hours before boarding time just in case. Coming back i did have to call for a shuttle since i couldn't track one on the app. On the card they give you it even says 10pm-6am to call for shuttle, & i landed during those times. it even tells you where to walk to get picked up. I didn't have to do much waiting either just maybe 8 ish min so they're pretty quick & i was literally the only one waiting for the bus on that terminal. Overall I would 10/10 book here again. I even got dropped off in front of my car & I had no issues!

Handwritten note with parking directions after waiting behind 12 cars to get to the window

See attachment. The Friday before Memorial Day, arguably one of the biggest travel holidays, we attempt to pull up to the Parking Spot JFK for our reservation, only to find more than 12 cars deep waiting. We finally get to the window and what we see is an employee, manually thumbing through a book to find parking details to write on a torn piece of paper. That torn piece of paper was handed to us as we were quickly given the verbal version of what was on the paper. See the attachment to view it firsthand. This is 2025! This exceeds the time we missed a flight because the shuttle driver stopped to pick up a couple with children, and they were nowhere near ready, nor were they rushing. They were so relaxed that the passengers were asking the driver why he wouldn't ask them if they were waiting on the next shuttle. That incident, combined with circling the lot took us over 30 minutes from the time we parked, to the time we made it to drop our bags at the airport. This last incident with the written paper instructions has pushed me to use Uber when I can. The poor attendant, 1 line, 1 person, did what she could. It certainly was not her fault being put in that situation. The usage of parking and shuttle is no longer a default option.

Stolen tailgate and taillights. The Parking Spot did not apologize or offer to help out in anyway. They lied and said their insurance would cover it just to get me off property. After chasing my tail I had to get it fixed myself. I believe this was an inside job, but who knows. Their website states they will keep your vehicle safe and also not responsible for thief.

    A long line.

First she emailed me that there was a problem with my I Form. I corrected that issue! Second, there's a question on the application that ask you what days would you prefer off and then your not selected because of your choice of days you've choose off instead of informing you that you have to be available 24/7 and give you the opportunity to say fine or you decline the position!, she emails me that I wasn't chosen because I answered off on the weekends. Very disheartening! Inspite of the poor reviews by present and former employees I chose to give them a try. Just a short walking distance to MetroRAIL's Bell Station on Main Street if you didn't want to walk up and down the boulevards. I normally walk about a mile to Hermann Square at City Hall, Tranquility Park, Sam Houston Park and the Houston LGBT Pride Parade. It's very important to know the direction of parade route and find correct exit and get on the freeway without getting stuck with street closures. My dad also lived in Houston and we'd often do shopping or eating at the mall. My daughter (who is now 30) loved (& still does) skating at the ice rink during the holidays. It's a magically fun experience. The Galleria is always incredibly decorated for the holidays. I still get to Houston 1-2 times a year and always enjoy visiting The Galleria. The Galleria itself has not only the ice rink but office space, two hotels, lots of places to eat, and shopping. The retail offerings range from shops like H&M, Macy's, and Nordstrom to high-end luxury shops like Gucci & Chanel. We were there just a few months ago and it was just as fun and exciting as my first visit! Gang, there are so many stores here. Like crazy amounts (a few hundred). It's very large and easy to navigate and of course gets extremely busy during peak times. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

With only about an hour before leaving Houston, our shopping mission was more of a speed run than a leisurely browse. Even without scoring any purchases, the Houston Galleria remains an impressive destination. The moment you step inside, you experience bright lights, multiple levels of stores, and a steady stream of shoppers that create an energetic, bustling atmosphere. Beyond shopping, the mall offers entertainment options such as its iconic indoor ice-skating rink, making it easy to spend an entire day there. One of the Galleria's biggest strengths is its variety. Luxury retailers like Chanel and Louis Vuitton share space with more accessible brands such as Banana Republic and American Eagle, offering something for nearly every budget and style. Whether you're on a focused shopping mission or simply window-shopping, there's plenty to explore...even if, in our case, we left empty-handed. The dining options are equally diverse, ranging from food-court favorites to sit-down restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack to Chic-fil-a. While we didn't find the bargains we were hoping for, our fast-and-furious shopping adventure was filled with laughter and great conversation, and the kind of fun that comes from spending time with good friends. Sometimes spending quality time with friends is the best find of all.
