I had a contract here for years until I got moved further away downtown. And then the fun began. Because if I had written this review before transferring the contract, then it would likely have (a) not been written or (b) a modest 3 or 4 star review just to say it had overall been a decent parking garage to park the Dragon in for several years.
Right as I was killing my contract here and moving on to greener pastures, the management changed. So that began the knuckle-cracking and "shit's about to get real" feeling. Since the name of the game is consolidation, laying off workers, and having one disgruntled half-wit man the phone bank and try to provide awful customer service, frustrate you, and then just give you the run-around so you need to waste time or just forget about getting your security deposit back.
I wasted hours on the phone. Threatened them repeatedly (lots of lawyers park at this garage - I am sure I was not the first to threaten) but at the end of the day, $25 was not worth actually drafting the petition and having them served. So they win - they win the gold award of being massive assholes.
So. Incompetent, disorganized, evasive, unethical, shady, lousy, ignorasaurus little Gollum thiefsies of the $25 security deposit. That is a lot of Doritos Locos tacos that I have had to forgo at midnight in order to make up for the loss of that $25. Listen to the world's smallest violin play right now. read more
