Bad business practice. Made an appointment a week out for side and rear window tint. Showed up to drop off vehicle and no one was available. After 30 minutes of waiting, someone finally showed up. Spoke to a Justin and confirmed the work to be done, he stated it would take about 2-3 hours. I took an uber to work that cost me $30. Over three hours later, I had not heard from them so I decided to Uber back, another $30. As I'm in the Uber, I get a call from someone there. They stated that they ran into problems and had not even started my car and asked me to come back the next day. When I arrived, I was handed the keys and told they would contact me when it was convenient for them to rebook. No apologies, no explanation, no promise to make it right. They did a great job on my whole car wrap. Satin Pearl white with satin black accents. I gave Justin some creative license when it came to how to do the wrap and I must say it looks great. It's been a week so far so good. Will keep the review updated as it goes... got the wrap and full ceramic coating for a very very reasonable price after shopping around. Hoping that he will continue to take care of any issues that arise if any at all! Thanks Justin Update: 5/2/2022 - LI Vinyl has been excellent on the follow-up with any little issues that have come up and have either replaced or repaired any issues with great response. Anyone new with the process should watch YouTube videos and see that after 2 weeks there should be a review of the work and fix any issues as the vinyl sets and LI Vinyl has been very proactive to address this. Liars and Thieves. This is clearly the worst shop on the planet. I am about to file a lawsuit against Justin and Ceramic Pro Corporate as they have destroyed my 2023 SF90 Spider. The entire job is peeling off the car and has caused damage to the paint job. Since July I have been promised a full refund and they even sent me to two other certified Ceramic pro installers in Florida who both say that the car has to be completely redone. Justin agreed to refund the $9000 I paid to have the car done but has lied for months about actually sending the refund. And the only way he would do the refund was if I removed my review. Delay after delay and now I'm being ghosted. Caleb Dickerson is the rep from California Ceramic Pro corporate. Amazingly he left a review on Ceramic Pro Suffolk (Justin's other company name) as if he is an actual client. That's considered fraud and really bad business. He has been telling me that Justin will take care of this but nothing has happened. I even agreed to a payout over a few weeks but Justin has made no effort to keep to his word. Very sad that Justin has decided to go this route. Funny thing is I left a review a few months ago and somehow they were able to have it removed. Well I'm not going away and I plan on monitoring the reviews weekly now to make sure that this haunts him until my lawsuit is completed and I either get my money back or I put him out of business. I've been very active in the exotic car world for over 30 years and plan on spreading this news to every car club and every person I know in the car world. Shame on you Justin for thinking you can jerk people around and take their money for the biggest shit job ever. read more

Not worth the headache. Plenty of other shops with real customer service mindset and equally competitive. I arranged to have my 2013 Audi completely wrapped in an new color by this company. The owner Justin told a great story but that was the end of good service. He did not meet a single commitment he made regarding when he would start my car (which led to it sitting in his shop for a week) or when it would be completed which he said would take a week, wound up taking three in total. He's a demonstrated liar. He would tell me the car is done, out in the sun so the wrap could set when it was on jacks in his shop for example. He'd tell me how much progress his team made on the car and upon a surprise visit, the car would be in the same condition as the prior days. The tangible issue is his poor workmanship. When I picked the car up, the headlight mounting bolts were not secured, retaining clips to hold plastic parts in place were missing. I discovered that key hardware holding my doors to the car and preventing them from flying forward are either missing or loose! There are bubbles that formed and are reforming under the wrap, there are spots where debris is under the wrap. In many places the edges are no longer adhering to the car. The overall workmanship from this shop is poor and I question what else is now loose or missing. I will be paying another shop to correct all of these wrap quality issues and a mechanic to go over the car looking for mechanical issues Sure he is willing to fix these issues. I doubt he's capable and I doubt he'd ever actually get back to me to do so. Beware. There isnt enough patience in the world to work the way this guy does. Overall your car may come out ok and look good from 10 feet. Get into the details and thats where it falls apart. No way my experience was unique to me. Caution! read more

Justin, the owner of Long Island Vinyl, is such a great guy and he does amazing vinyl work. I visited to have the corner amber section of my headlight tinted and the work was done perfectly. A friend of mine had a portion of his front bumper wrapped (an awkward portion to wrap which isn't removable), and that came out perfect as well. I'll definitely be stopping by to have more vinyl work done here in the future! read more

Long Island Vinyl is an absolute joke of an establishment, the terrible job they had done wrapping my friends car could only be topped by the atrocious customer service and the childish behavior of the owner Justin. After a month of having a car left at this shop not a single inch of the car was wrapped, to only make it worse this was after multiple attempts to get in touch with the shop. We had to monitor and babysit the staff in order for them to get any work done and even then the shop did not have all the necessary supplies to finish the job. A job that should have taken a few days took this shop over a month to finish, a wrap which turned out to be incomplete after closer inspection. I was considering leaving my own car here to get some work done but after what I had seen my decision was obvious. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST, IT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. read more
