They also old me 3 different times that it would be ready tomorrow, only to be told each time it would not be ready, and having arranged for someone to take time off work to take me to pick up my truck. I had left SPECIFIC, hand written instructions as to a few things I wanted done which were not done. On the day of the pick up, after driving 30 miles to my ride's house, I was called and told they had lost my keys!!!! Back I go to get the spare set of keys and back 30 miles and then another 20 miles to pick the truck up. On my way there I get a call saying that they found my keys and that they had fallen behind the dash........once there, upon inspection I noticed that the dash had been torn apart and was broken in a couple of different places. Furthermore, the fan, radio, and rear view camera were no longer working. I asked the installer about this, and he told me they did not enter the truck at all and it must be a loose wire. How the heck did you find my keys behind the dash if you didn't enter the truck? The design team did a truly wonderful job, but the workmanship was shoddy at best. I called the manager about this and was offered a $200.00 discount. That does not even come close to the cost of repairs, not to mention the time and gas money. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are liars. They tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Shame on you Bob!!!!!

Terrible…read moreexperience, I paid them to print 3 outdoor signs plus installation, First, The print quality was so bad, Colors did not match the original design (Clearly printed on low settings) and their installer damaged the signs during installation, He even left the screws exposed, I reached back to their manager Jim Henderson to correct the issue, First he blamed the sun light for the color change, Then he blamed the original design and when I proved him wrong he started to become rude and used foul language, Now he starts lying and claiming that we chose a lower price option even though we paid him what he asked for including payment for installation service. No reputable print shop accepts to deliver or even offer this kind of cheap quality to their customers. This company will screw your project and will not refund your money and they will turn their back on you as soon as they find out that you are not satisfied. Be aware!

I was given a choice of days and times to come in and complete a more in depth survey. Some are just talk, some are food and drink tasting. Since then the building has received a nice makeover on the inside. I noticed different meeting rooms were named after Charlotte neighborhoods. I saw NoDa and Dilworth. After you arrive, you're given instructions, survey is performed and you're compensated. Cut and dry. No gimmicks. Try it!
