I used Fast Signs of Gilbert. Although the foam board sign was completed quickly they sent out my 500 postcard project, It did not arrive until AFTER my event. I called them immediately when I saw they would not be ready in time. I simply asked for a refund. The girl at the front desk was rude and the owner never called back. Absolutely the most unprofessional owner. I paid for professional install for a simple window vinyl sign. I developed the logo for it that took months. The staff at the desk were awesome but sadly when the sign was installed, it was noticeably not level and also not equidistant from each side of the window. When I went to the office because I was upset, the owner came out and instead of trying to tell me how she would correct the problem, she attacked me for being upset about the install. The signage problem was not near as bad as how rude and unprofessional the owner was at handling the issue. Do not bring your business here because if you have an issue, they won't care and will attack you for being upset. She finally called and said they would take it down and refund my money so I'll go somewhere else and probably install it myself better using a level and a tape measure! read more

I ordered a large banner online from another company for my son's graduation from USAF boot camp. When the banner came it didnt have grommets installed. We didnt have enough time to send the banner back so I called Fast Signs to inquire about what it would cost to have the grommets installed. You know what happened? They graciously took car of everything at no charge. I was honestly touched by what they did. They certainly didnt have to offer me anything for free. I was referred to fast signs by another customer. The service was slow to nonexistent. The owner Lisa had to be reminded by me several times of the job I paid for in advance. I had to call so many times to check on the status of my job order. It took several months of prodding and phone calls to get my sign finished. The sign was finally installed but it was bowed and too large for the frame . I ordered a frame piece from her to finish the sign and they finally installed it while I was out of town. I returned and a few days later received a very assertive email from her stating they wanted their money "for work they had done". I tried calling her but she wouldn't take my call. I was very sick and I spoke with the very friendly helpful Michelle. I called back 4 days later and paid in full. The point is Lisa obviously doesn't care about a small business needing a sign. Go somewhere else by if you want to be treated properly!! read more

Horrible Services! I was given a date for when my items will be ready and they were not ready at the time that was given to me. They wanted to use the covid-19 as an excuse as to why my items that were half prepaid for in advance not ready! I had been placed my order before this covid has taken place. I was given three different dates on when I could pick up my items which was business cards and an outdoor sign. My outdoor sign was going to be the one item that was going to take a while. My business cards I was given 2-3 business days after I went over everything. I even went in to go over font and color. This was maybe end of February beginning March. I am just now receiving my items. The level of sincere they gave on their end for being late was not appropriate. They didn't even wanna offer a discount. I had already given them $100. No! They wanted the remainder. They definitely will not be seeing me in the future. At least not at the 59th/60th Ave and Bell Rd location. read more
