Used them a week ago to move. They broke few things and are giving me the runaround about it. They were rough with all my stuff. They broke my dresser and 2 vintage wine glasses from my grandmother. I used 2 Fellas recently. The owner Matt was a good communicator however this experience was TERRIBLE. They destroyed every single piece of furniture I valued. They gave me a decent quote but did not come out to see what they were moving prior.. provided me no inventory list either. Didn't explain they're process or insurance policies... .60 cents per pound of coverage. A joke. After the move was done 2 fellas charge was double they quoted me. When communicating with the owner about a resolution he had the audacity to say the following things to me. 1. Why did you tip my team so much if you were dissatisfied with the service. My answer was "because they don't make much at all and they shared that with me, and It was 12/23/21 right before Christmas so i wanted to be generous." Matt tried to use my generosity as an option to justify the careless work his company performed "as being ok." 2. Matt stated "you had more items to move than you told me over the phone" I will say there was one glass whiteboard ($1,500.00) piece, that I might have forgotten to mention. I will also say he didn't come look at the move or send someone prior. The white board Didn't matter much because they completely shattered It. Left glass in the room they shattered It in where my 2 dogs go in and out of their dog door. **ITEMS SO FAR IDENTIFIED TO BE DESTROYED** 82" flat screen tv $(2,400.00) lines across the screen destroyed LG 49 inch ultra wide ($3,500.00) same thing lines across the screen destroyed. Not to mention the 3 or 4 55,65,& 75" inch tv's I haven't plugged in yet because the chords are MIA. Not to hopeful about those. My huge book cases (3500.00 - 4,500.00) gouged, ruined, and now look like used furniture from good will. My automated desk sit/stand (2,000.00) gouged , destroyed. Somehow gauged heat sealed powder coating off of It. Custom steel backyard furniture from CC COUTURE. So durable... strapped outside the moving truck.. gouged black powder coated paint off of it. This furniture set was ($15,000.00) A foot massaging device I purchased for my fiancé.. ($250.00)chord ripped straight in half. It is the thickness of an extension chord.. how is this even possible? They even found a way to literally destroy a STEEL shelf $(2-300.00) It is bent??? These things hold so much weight. I don't know how this could happen. Destroyed our bed frame($1750.00) and it's finish, did not put It back together correctly, finish totally ruined now looks like goodwill furniture. Nothing was strapped down.. just smashing around in the truck. I viewed this when the truck was opened at my new home. I would recommend 2 fellas moving if you plan on moving your hard earned and cherished furniture to the dump. I said to Matt if you replace the whiteboard I will let this all go. He offered. Half the value and I stated "I am being generous, beyond generous where I should be." He then offered to cover the $1,499.00 replacement cost. I told him he would have to cover the sales tax and deliver cost as well and at this point he refused. I am pursuing this company legally for multiple things from the difference in cost burden from the quote to what they actually charged as well as for every piece of furniture he destroyed. We just had this company move us across town, 15 miles, they started off by not wearing masks, they were slow, they stopped to get drinks while I was paying by the hour, they damaged two pieces of furniture which I will say they did fix but there was no reason for either of them to get broken, one of the guys was careless, the repairs that they fixed will not last, overall will I use them again? No. Will I recommend them to anyone else? No. They also charged us for mattress covers we did not ask them to use, nor did they ask us if we wanted them to use. Look elsewhere for careful movers. read more

Brandon and Tres were awesome!!! Moving sucks and moving in July sucks even more! But they didn't stop to take breaks, they didn't huff and puff or roll their eyes. I think I would've been doing that the whole time if I was doing their job. They stayed sweet and had great attitudes. I've moved four times in the last five years and this is by far the best moving company I've used. They dropped off my furniture and I tipped them and they continued on to drop a couple pieces off at a friends house. When the friend tried to tip, they refused stating that "I took care of them." What integrity those two had and they were super cute, too!! This is my second review of two fellas, I just found out about the tip situation, and had to write another one! :) read more

The guys were fantastic right from the start, starting with answering all questions promptly getting a courtesy call day before move to verify everything, guys were a little late getting there but once they arrived they got right to work after the walk through on what all had to be moved and believe me there was ALOT! Angel was the guy in charge he was absolutely fantastic, he took time to wrap furniture that needed extra protection in moving pads and poly, they didn't waste time they had everything loaded in the truck in 2 hours and unloaded again in almost same amount of time going up to a 2nd floor apartment both times I loved these guys and highly recommend anyone looking for good quality movers to give these guys a call. read more

Two Fellas moved me across town last week. I have a lot of furniture, some very bulky and heavy, and many boxes to pack up and move. It was a recording breaking hot day. The men were professional, friendly, and worked steadily during the hot day. Of course they stopped for water breaks, only a reasonable person would expect people to take breaks when its 106+ degrees. As I'm unpacking items, I have not found any broken or damaged goods. I am very pleased with this company and I will certainly contact them in several months when I move to my permanent home. read more
