With that being said I called to compare what they offer compared to what we are using now. I called and spoke to a gentleman named John, he sounded very enthusiastic and was willing to help. It all started when we ordered our first set up permits from them and that's when the Shenanigans started. I was promised multiple times that I would get the permits I ordered by a certain day and on multiple occasions they failed to keep their promise. I heard a few excuses that I would get them overnighted and they failed to overnight all of the permits that I ordered. To make things worst the ones I told them I wanted first came last. So I finally got the permits and they were great, so I figured I would put this tragedy behind us and give them another shot. Called John ordered another set of permits and he told me I would have proofs in 24 hours, that never happened. After calling him that next week he told me I would have them by Thursday, they failed to deliver the proofs. At this point I do not need to be fed broken promises. So after I get my permits whenever that might be I am going to do business elsewhere. I will tell you this, you get what you pay for, cheaper isn't always better!

I came to this FedEx location to pick up an order. I was asked whether it was a print order or a…read morepackage. As a customer, I didn't know there was a distinction, so I said it was a package. The employee asked for the tracking number, which I didn't have. I gave him my name, and after a quick search, I was simply told they couldn't find it. There was no attempt to ask additional questions or consider that it might have been under the other category (a print order). It turned out that was exactly the issue. A simple check would have solved the problem and saved me an unnecessary second trip. What disappointed me most wasn't that a mistake happened--it was the lack of initiative to help. Good customer service means thinking through the situation, asking a few follow-up questions, and trying to find a solution instead of stopping at the first dead end. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that helping the customer wasn't a priority. I hope the staff receive additional training on problem-solving and customer service, because a little extra effort could make a significant difference.

We are a small business Farnsworth Collectibles which uses this location. You can and will never use a postal service with such care and value. We use them for a PO box and drop off service. In the past we have used Notary, Fax and Computer services. They are all very reasonably priced and they will never do you wrong. I have used a lot of these Pack and Mail stores in the past. I know there are users that will drive here, and I would too. Everyone here cares and are super friendly. Do yourselves the favor. Drive past any other provider and come here. It's worth it!

This would be a challenge, so I took it to the Denton Trophy House, and the engraved a caption for the print. It is absolutely perfect, and I have done business with them for 20 years. While I appreciate differing opinions, I have to say if you are expecting a special job, they are the place to go.
