He said you're gonna have to wait, so I did, another young man gave me the completion document, but as walked out I realized it said it did not go through. I went back in and said it did not go through. He ran it again and this time it showed a successful transmission. The man at the register lied to me and said it went through. His co worker handed me a document, without reading it as proof it went through. Please teach them the process involved in their job, like reading, and telling the truth.

I sent it promptly, but he claimed he didn't receive it, which was absolute nonsense since I showed him proof on my email that it went through. His face turned beet red when he realized he was lying. Instead of handling a straightforward two-minute print job, he acted like it was an extremely complicated task. Meanwhile, I was running late. The resume was in a simple Word document format, and the business card design was basic. Yet, I watched this guy, who had the competence of a sail, take his sweet time with what should have been an easy job. Finally, a young lady approached, and I thought she was going to help. She said, "How can I help? I don't want you waiting any longer." I thought, great! But instead, she went behind the counter to confer with another employee, muttering something, and then came back to ask if I could come back later. Talk about the blind leading the blind. Here's the truth: I am a Marine, and they knew this. It felt like they deliberately prolonged my wait, which really pissed me off. I will never use that location again. I tried not to be impatient, but after several minutes I started searching for other nearby locations thinking maybe it would be quicker to drive somewhere else. Somehow the lovely lady realized I might just need something quick she could handle whole the customer currently being waited on was filling something out.
