Fantastic and convenient location that stays busy. Always friendly great service and courteous. I find few customers are not prepared for their transaction and these folks are patient to work with you. I'm usually in & out especially with my Amazon returns. This store is always super fast, courteous and professional. They are always helpful when you have questions.

We went in to ship a package on 7/16. We told the associate that we NEEDED the package to get to its destination by 7/19 and on the receipt that is what is the anticipated delivery. We checked the tracking and they didn't get it to the distribution center until 7/18 and now the package won't get there until 7/22, which is days too late. I called customer service and they can't do anything. They said I had to call the actual store for any refunds and for the package to be sent back to us. Very upsetting and will never use UPS again. Update on 7/20: When I went to this store, they told me no I can't have a refund and they can't help me. She said they NEVER guarantee deliveries. Unbelievable. I will never ship anything here again. read more

I tried to make it before they closed yesterday and I got here at 7:02 so I walked up and they were already mopping the floor. I was too late. Then today Saturday I took off work early and rushed as fast as I could. I called the location to make sure they were open till four and let the gentleman know I was on my way and that I might be one minute late and he said just try to get here by 4. I got here at 4 on the dot and there was a guard dude at the door And he would not let me in even though I told him I called and there were four more people in line. I nicely explain to him that I took off work early and then I came yesterday and missed it and then I even called and spoke to someone on the phone and he still refused to let me in or even be nice to me. He rolled his eyes and growled at me "it's against the rules to let someone in after they close." I explained to him that's not true because I've been in line many times I've seen someone else do it. I nicely told him that I truly believe sometimes there's more power in saying yes than saying no. Ever since coronavirus people are just so ready to lock their doors and get home even close early. Customer Service is non existent and he proved me right again. BTW it is now 4:14 and there are still customers in there and a different employee just let someone in. Unbelievable!!! read more

This is BY FAR THE WORST UPS store!!!! Avoid at all costs!! The manager Nick is rude and one of the employees Armondo . They exhibit zero professionalism and are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers! They are a disgrace to UPS and should not be working there with the public! It's quite obvious Armondo has a complete and utter disrespect for law enforcement as I was there off duty taking care of some business and he made it a point to disrespect me when I wasn't even dealing with her! Nick made it no better when I spoke to him about the behavior exhibited. You're better off going next door to fedex and be treated better! Just left with the best customer service I've ever experienced. I walked up to the door with 2 large boxes and Lucky RAN to the door to open it for me. I absolutely love this store! Besides the fact that location is so convenient and I no longer have to drive to FM 423 and Eldorado, they have a genuinely awesome friendly staff! David, the owner, is really amazing, great to have a conversation with, you could tell he has a big heart and love what he does! Mr. Jo is so kind and considerate all the time, Matt is hilarious, I absolutely love his sense of sense of humor... The UPS store lost the financial documents that I had sent to my CPA to file my 2021 tax returns. I had to rush another copy of the documents via FedEx, at an additional $99.05. The manager left my a VM saying that my documents "were shredded by the sorting machines" I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission because I am concerned about identity theft. Also, my VM, texts, and emails have been ignored, forcing me to return to the store in person. read more

This store has been exceptional as far as customer service. On one of our visits the notary forgot to sign an official document that we sent through them. They went above and beyond to make it right. Another time when an international document was ringing up expensive, they searched and found us a better rate for the same shipping method. They have always made us feel that our patronage matters a great deal to them, always friendly and helpful. read more

My wife called me this morning to inform me of the Extremely unprofessional & rudeness of the staff at our new location on 380. To be blunt, she walked in to send a fax, multiple people behind the counter, no other customers, she's ignored at first, then when she finally got some basic customer service, it was with an attitude of reluctance. As if she was bothering them. While she's filling out her fax, another lady walks in, instant gratitude, service, everything a CSR should give Anyone that walks through the doors with the intent of spending Their money on UPS services. The problem is that, which unfortunately isn't anything new, my wife is an African American, the other lady, White! There's a fair amount of prominent, business owning, "people of color" that have moved into the Prosper/Crossroads/Aubrey area, so if this stores employees have a problem with "Us" then I guess you don't mind losing our business! 2020 and we're Still dealing with something as ridiculous as skin color. Won't be returning. Maybe the Eldorado location will have the Basic professional courtesy that every human being & customer deserves. read more
