I think I contacted them on a Monday, and they were done by Friday. And they would've been done sooner except that it rained and they didn't want the water to mess with the decals setting properly. I also didn't have a vector for one of my images and the lady in charge was able to recreate the image at no charge. Lastly, after they had already cut the vinyl I needed a slight modification. I'm not sure how much extra trouble that was for them, but they made it sound like it wasn't an issue at all. I plan on using these guys for anything else I need done.

He has ignored every call, text, voicemail, email I have sent over the last 3 months. Doesn't have a physical location he works from, so now rather than just serving him with a small claims lawsuit, I actually have to figure out where he lives before I am able to do so.
