0/5 like literally. 0 stars for the pizza 0 stars for customer service. Ordered online for delivery. My husband got a calzone and I got a chicken Alfredo pizza. Pizza was delivered a bit after the promised time, but it's a Friday night, so that's to be expected. No big deal. Opened up the chicken alfredo pizza and immediately knew it wasn't right. I took a bite and tasted no alfredo sauce. Like none. Just mozzarella cheese and an overload of dry, overcooked chicken. Put it in the microwave to see if maybe the sauce had just dried up and it would taste better. Didn't happen. I even got took one bite of another slice hoping that maybe the sauce just wasn't distributed well. Still nothing. Didn't even finish the slice and decided to call to see what could be done. I'm pregnant and REALLY had my mouth fixed for pizza so imagine my disappointment when I called to explain and the response was that the girl had been told there was Alfredo sauce on the pizza and they couldn't do anything about it. My response? A simple, "Oh wow," and was told to have a good night. Not the girl's fault who answered but someone in the kitchen or on the managerial staff hates to be corrected and/or doesn't care if people spend money and leave unsatisfied. After the phone call I kept trying to suck it up and eat it. When my husband saw how distraught I was about it (silly, I know, but so pregnant ), he got me pizza from dominos and saved my night. My class Ordered the gut buster for lunch, 3 huge boxes of pizza for 40 people and we ate every slice. If you are looking for a new york style pizza this is the place to go, there was plenty of cheese and pepperoni on the pizza, the sauce tasted great and the crust was nice and fluffy. I would recommend asking for extra crispy it you are one of those people that dont like your pizza floppy. read more

Made my first online order this weekend. They had good deals online compared to other pizzerias. When I went to pick it up it was just coming out. The pizza had plenty of sauce on it which is a huge plus for me. The breadsticks were huge and they have 3 cups of marinara sauce. I'll have to try something different next time! read more

If I had to rate this Pizza Establishment for their bread making then I would've given another star; your bread making was good. Soft, doughy, and not burnt; but as for pizza...not really feeling it. My wife had to ask if they would be kind enough to add more pineapple because they hardly put any on the Pepperoni and Pineapple Large Pizza we got. Also ordered a Large Mushroom & Jalapeño Pizza. Both were decent bc the bread was good. But lacked any sauce as if they just really splashed a cup of sauce and brushed the whole bread pie, added slightly enough cheese to cover it, and added the toppings. Minus not having a good amount of Pineapple the pies had a good amount of Pepperoni, Mushrooms, and Jalapeños (they weren't spicy at all, had to eat with Tapatio and Mexican Chili Flakes). We also ordered the wings to try and asked for Spicy Buffalo and to have it extra crispy. They didn't have it extra crispy nor was it favorable...we also utilized the offer they had about getting 4x Free Salads with the order of 2x Large w/ 2x Toppings but your own employee even recommended to change that too given us extra bread sticks versus getting the salads!!! So results as follows. Star 1 - For your employee recommending not to get the salads. Star 2 - Decent amount of top dressings and upon request for a little extra for Pineapples without any attitude. Star 3 - Price wasn't horrible for the quality of the pizza. Bread was cooked to amusing likeness. My wife thought it was ok and I didn't dislike it too much so planning to try this place again. Make pizza how real pizza is supposed to be made in the rest of country. Travel around learn. Be better than Little Caesars or Domino's. Thin crust means thin... Deep dish means Chicago style, not extra cruddy, chewy doe with zero crispyness. Pizza Hut makes a WAY better pan pizza than you guys, and I know you can fix this. P.S. I will NEVER order from here again! I always drop a lot of money when I order from there close to $200 every time. 3 times they've gotten something wrong. The 1st time I had to deal with that Rude so called General Manager, who has forgotten that the customer pays her pay check! 2nd time the Gentleman was very nice and fixed the issue. Ethan waited on us. He was kind and somewhat on target. We got extra mushrooms we never wanted. We were charged for them too. Didn't give us receipt until they gave us the food. He didn't review the order before charging us. And wasn't wearing a mask, and neither were other staff in kitchen. We let him know we were exhausted and needed to understand the order. If I could give 0 stars I would for the way my husband and I were treated tonight. We ordered very specifically, but when our order had a few mistakes I kindly asked them to fix it. The staff acted irritated and frustrated. Once we got our remade order we realized it was worst. The wings were burnt. They went from being under cooked to being burnt. I can't believe they even served those. When I called and spoke to the manager he wasn't apologetic at all. He only agreed to remake the wings after I had to ask. Before this horrible encounter fat boys was our go to. I know everyone makes mistakes but the extremely rude service is completely unacceptable. When my husband arrived to pay and pick up the order, he was told to wait in his car and someone would bring it out to him. My husband waited for an hour in your parking lot. Have ordered from Fat Boys quite a few times, but the last 2 times were really disappointing. We get the pepperoni, mushroom calzone with no garlic butter parmesan cheese on top want only plain crust and this last time it was soaked in garlic butter and was horrible. Husband removed top crust and tried just eating the calzone that way. My philly steak sandwich was so greasy that the entire bun was dripping with grease. This pizza restaurant is located in a strip mall just outside the base, but it appears to be the strip mall that time (and the maintenance department) forgot. The lot was full of potholes and loose gravel that made me regret not getting the insurance on my rental. The facade of the place was run down and unkempt. What we could see of the interior suggested neglected late 1980's chic. Worn faux-wood grain laminate booths and benches. We may have missed a fantastic meal, but the place appeared too run down and unkempt for me to risk a meal (and perhaps salmonella). read more
