I'm also a huge fan of their Enchiladas Rojas! The Dillon bowl is also a regular staple of mine. It's a simple rice bowl with your choice of 2 perfectly seasoned/marinated meats. The servers here are always very polite and attentive. They put up with our antics weekly with a wry, empathetic smile (note the 32 oz. Modelo). The restaurant has seating to accommodate 20-25 people comfortably, which is needed for the daily lunch rush. Tacos La Tia has a blue collar feel yet their food is that of an upscale, high-end eatery. Every dish is packed full of flavor and the portions are just right! I almost used the entire bottle of salsa roja. The restaurant is a small, friendly, family ran operation. The clean interior is plain with café style booths and a few tables. Grab your favorite canned or bottled soda from the cooler. The food is served on foam plates with plastic tableware. The ambiance is afternoon day care. Several, 2- to 3-year-old, well behaved kids were under mom's watchful eye while she worked the front counter. They still made a lot of ear-splitting noise.
