Avoid this dump. Is there anything worse than a shitty fast food place that can't even keep their posted hours? Show up at 6:35. Website and the POSTED hours say they're open til 7 PM. Dude behind the counter says they close at 6:30. While standing behind the sign that says open 11AM to 7PM. Hope the owners don't care about making a dime. Fuck this place. read more

Pleasantly surprised. Got the large fat burger. And wasn't too greasy. Tased like real meat. Would choose this every time over McDonald's. It does take longer to cook because they cook it fresh. Good service. It's inside a gas station so don't expect anything too fancy. read more

When I lived in Los Angeles & San Diego I've eaten at fat burger and when I moved back home, I saw there was one located here in Danville. I got there and it was a convenience store and gas station. Expensive, expensive, expensive!!!!! $16.40 for a cold, overcooked, greasy burger with fries (menu states shoestring, they're steak fries) and a Pepsi, which I hate but, it was my ONLY option. They were out of everything! You must order a hamburger and pay extra for EVERYTHING ELSE! $8.00 for a cold, extremely lightly fried chicken patty with lettuce no mayo as ordered You can't understand the staff and there is a very slow, lackadaisical attitude towards customers and food preparation. I threw my meal away! DISGUSTING! Meet up across the street at McDonald's, which is not a favorite but, it sure is tasted better than that garbage at Fatburger! We've been wanting to try it for a long time and now that we did, it will definitely be our first and last time! Save your time and money and go to Wendy's. I KNOW I'll get a GOOD BURGER THERE!!! This Fatburger's is located in the convenience store of a gas station. I stopped for gas and noticed that it had Fatburger available. I discovered Fatburgers years ago during business travel to the Seattle area but there are not where I live. Service was a bit slow since the staff also worked the convenience store and Buffalo Express but I got the food in a decent amount of time. My Turkey Burger was delicious and I wish that that Fatburger would come back to my home area. I took the order to go so can't comment on the ambiance, other to note that they did have several tables for people to eat their food, which is extremely rare for a convenience store. read more

Stopped in to try something different. We caught a little rush, which is good. We got in line and put in our order. There are signs that say how long the food wait can be. It's understandable watching the food prep. I saw the cook pull a fresh chicken breast from the draw. I like fresh so I don't mind the wait. The ambiance is a gas station, so don't be surprised by limited seating. There are stools up to the window bar and a couple of clunky big chairs. I asked the cashier if I should go chicken or turkey and she said "Turkey all day long. " Hubby got the king burger. We opted out of meals just cause we had our own drinks and the price jumps up quite a bit. I'd eat here again if we have the time. It's a good stop on the road. read more

I've given a lot of reviews and never really complained about a restaurant. Waited five minutes for someone to take order while the woman fussed around with the grill, and the young man finished another order. I was told the chocolate shake would take fifteen minutes. I got a soft drink instead. The next person ordered a shake without problems. Then the food sat on the counter for several minutes and when we asked for it, the woman gave us attitude. I can't believe what she said. She should be fired. Another employee walked around pretending to work without actually doing anything. The manager/owner heard hubby shouting and came out to talk to him and take some information. The woman said she told us it would be a minute for the shake. Not true. The burger was tasty. read more

This is attached to the Mobil gas station in Danville PA which is 148 miles northwest of Philadelphia PA, that has the most modern touch screen gas pump stations. The tapping feature for the credit card on bottom didn't work for me but the card reader and quick removal works just fine. I love how big the screen is and how easy to see. So you have the travel station w ample open parking, the Mobil gas station, bathrooms, snacks and drinks and alcohol. So back to the Fatburger restaurant (they started in 1952) inside ... it's a take out plus dine in inside the station w 2 tables and lots of stool chairs to see the outside while you eat. The kids meal was $8.65 for a large fountain drink w choices of soda and lemonades and iced tea, a hamburger w cheese and options of lettuce, pickles, onion, mustard, tomato, mayo, and relish, and the best skinny fries I ever had! They were perfectly fried and fresh and lightly crispy and not overdone and not overly salted. It was made just white and perfectly warm. I am so happy and satisfied I stopped for gas here. The nice added touch about the hamburger creatively and efficiently wrapped so you could eat it while driving and not get your fingers dirty. I love all the little things people pay attention to. I got an order of boneless hot ranch wings. They were not good. They were drowning in sauce and they were fatty and the batter was not good. The onion rings were soggy and the batter fell off of the onion rings. The french fries were good. I ordered an Oreo milkshake, but I think the previous milkshake was made with banana because that was all I was able to taste. The wait was long and the cost was $40 which included a hamburger, the hamburger was good. read more

I stopped here before I checked into my hotel for the evening. I was hungry, so I ordered more than I would normally eat in one sitting. The gentleman taking my order seemed pleasant. I ordered the Original Fatburger with cheddar cheese, a side of sweet potato fries and six Asian sesame wings to go. I waited about 6-7 minutes for my food. No complaint here if it was being freshly prepared. My sweet potato fries were cold, my hamburger bun had a couple of hard spots and the burger tasted bland. The Asian wings were just okay. While traveling through Danville we ate at fatburger. My mom accidentally left her purse at the restaurant and Nikki took the time to find my mom somehow by using her name and Google and Facebook and got ahold of a family member of ours who called us to tell us. She held onto it and kept it safe till we were able to turn around and get back to it. She wouldn't accept anything in return so this is the best we could do it is great to know there are still great people in this world! read more

I've eaten at Fatburger many times in the Los Angeles area, and was always a really big fan. I've never seen one outside of that area, so I was stunned to see one in Danville Pennsylvania. I assumed it was somehow a different chain, but it's not. Considering there was one guy working, and that guy was also working the convenience store, I actually had a relatively strong burger and french fries. Not much ambience, as it's in a gas station off the highway, but it was clean off and had two or three tables. I can't vouch for the wings cause I didn't have any, but the burger was good and relatively fresh, and the fries were fresh cooked also. I would stop in again if in the area. read more

Excellent burger and fries with a perfect strawberry shake to compliment. The staff was super friendly and they all seemed to work together as a great team. I will definitely be back on my next trip through the area. The restaurant is located inside the gas station convenience store but don't let that stop you from sitting down and enjoying a great meal. read more

Grub hub driver never informed me that my order was delivered so it sat at my doorstep until I happened outside. Spent 30 bucks for shit food. read more
