Burger too fat for me...hard to eat! Saying that, the burger was delicious and worth the struggle!

I was greeted by an exuberant staff. The food was prepared as I ordered and the dining area was very clean.

We got the 10+ in January because we love a cheeseburger with fried jalepenos. Kids got the OG classic cheeseburger. Burgers were good and cheesy. Tasted super fresh. Beef is pasture raised without antibiotics. Fries were nicely salted and crispy. We'd probably come back here again and get the double cheeseburger as the patties were a little thin.

The outdoor seating area up top alone is worth the quick stop, with mountain and water views making it feel like a mini-destination than just another roadside café. The latte was good, and it's nice that the shop also has merch available for those who are interested. Their burgers looked interesting and I'll be sure to try that next time! The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of tables ideal for stretching your legs and enjoying the view. I came in the middle of a Thursday afternoon and there were no crowds, so service was fast. I believe there are gluten-free and vegan options as well. Definitely worth pulling over for a quick bite/refreshment!

Quick, convenient and contactless service, with hand sanitizers readily available everywhere inside. My order: Little Donkey $13: beef brisket, beans, chipotle & brown rice. Pretty "standard" burrito, nothing special, but you can't go wrong with this. Strong taste of beans, and the meat is a tad bit dry. The Fort $13: main highlights consist of chicken, tzatziki, and lemon potatoes. This was hands down my favourite, and it was great with the Valentina hot sauce packets (on the tangy side, not super spicy to me). Good portion too. Highly recommend this one.

Pros: - Friendly, efficient service. The staff were personable and seemed genuine, and the set up for takeout was very COVID safe too. - Lots of fun options for different burritos and bowls, including a lot of non-Mexican flavors as well as vegetarian choices. Cons: - Portion size for the cost (~$15) was a bit small. I was not at all full after my burrito bowl. - Flavors were pretty good but I would have loved them to be a bit bolder. I had to add hot sauce for that zing factor. Overall, fairly good! I probably won't ever crave Little Donkey specifically, but it's certainly a respectable option for a quick meal in Fort Langley.

Our server was wonderful and he was always positive and upbeat, able to handle questions and requests with ease! After perusing the menu we ordered. I ordered the lemon pepper calamari for appy, Mediterranean lamb burger for main sub reg fries for cajun+$2. Wifey got blackened shrimp/ avocado tacos. Cousin got fish tacos too start and the beef dip w onion rings. His wifey got the.. uh oh I can't remember. Ahi Tuna sandwich? The lemon pepper calamari was cooked perfectly, crispy batter good flavor. The sauce could have used a bit more but over all very good calamari and good portion size! The lamb burger was very moist, decent flavor and over all very nice. Bun nice and soft, seasoned perfectly. Was i amazed no but was i satisfied. Yes. The fries were decent, nothing special. The Cajun seasoning was ok but for a $2 dollar up charge.. I'd prob just stick with regular fries next time. Wifeys tacos looked delicious, I didn't try so cannot attest to the flavor. From my meal, decent flavor and serving size. Would return but imo price wise a little on the high side for what you get. But that's my opinion. Fresh food and made right with good service, can't go wrong with that!

Food: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5…read moreService: 2.5/5 We came here with my family to celebrate a birthday (6 of us total) on a Sunday afternoon and found it overall to be just ok. Even though the restaurant was mostly empty, everything took a really long time! The waitress (there looked to only be one for the whole restaurant) took a long time to come grab our drink orders then our mains, and the food took a long time to come as well. 5/6 of the dishes had come for around 10-15min before we had to flag down a waiter to remind them to bring the 6th one out which was unfortunate as that person started eating later than the rest of us. The fries were also all cold and we had to ask for new ones (which also took a long time to arrive). One positive point to mention here was that everyone was very nice throughout the whole experience. As for the food itself it was overall pretty good. The happy hour menu had a good selection to choose from and everyone seemed pretty happy with their meal choices (baja tacos, clam chowder, chicken strips, chicken ceaser wrap). I got the grilled cheese which came with a vodka sauce side and it was yummy but not worth the $17 (especially since it didn't come with a side). The bistro salad I ordered on the side was good though! Overall it would have ranked higher had the service scuffles and slowness not occurred, but I would say it's very average pub food at best.

The interior is bright and airy. You can see into the kitchen which today probably was not a good idea.
