No removal of the coffee, no replacement of the coffee, no acknowledgement or removal of the coffee from the bill! Now our server was friendly enough and I don't put this all on her - this is poor management and subpar training. A simple bit of education could have turned our experience around easily and avoided our comment. Get it together and help your staff!! We saw you in there doing basically nothing - brutal. You hear the industry complain about all the external factors that are hurting the industry but sometimes you have to look within.
