Promised again two days ago but still not here. Seems like the kind of person who tells you what you want to hear when you want to hear it and does whatever once the conversation is over. Not worth the hassle. You're better off going to a different generator installation service. If anybody's in need of a Kohler generator at a good price, let me know. Update May 16, 2026 Some communication issues but Frank set things right. He had me look at a property with the generator orientated the direction I wanted, changed mine the same way and completed the project per the agreement in the contract. I received a thorough run through of how the generator works, service info and the warranty. After the initial delay, the project was completed in a very professional manner.

Scheduling my most recent appointment (which predicates a $89 service call fee) they refused to provide any kind of pricing, even just loose orders of magnitude. I tried to confirm if they'd have a standard anode rod for my water heater and provided model information and they basically couldn't promise it even a week in advance. Upon the techs arrival (who was extremely polite and knowledgeable), he affirmed all pricing was standard and flat rate, and it was all rather outlandish. I was in a situation where I just needed it done and was "already out the service fee" so I paid nearly a THOUSAND DOLLARS for them to drain my water heater and replace a $70 part. This is insane. So the fact that they are actively hiding their pricing until someone is on site when the pricing is flat rate anyways is illegal and against the IFCA/UDTPA acts Steer clear; it is clear they are not who they used to be.

The people that came out from Chappel were Philip who is the owner and Alex, (technician), and Brad ,(Certified Spacepak Technician). I had Chappel out last Thursday and Friday and today. The Owner, Brad, and Alex all were great people and all of them did an excellent job! My Spacepak was reinstalled correctly, The return was installed to a larger and correct size, 4 new supplies were installed, 2 new refridgerant lines were added and repaired. The first contractor who I hired to originally install the new Spacepak didn't do any of the things that Spacepak requires. Brad, Alex, and Philip did a great job and I would highly recommend Chappell Heating and Colling for any HVAC work and specifically for Spacepak work! Great Job everyone!

Well everything wasn't good because my AC went out and was out during the hottest part of the summer for over two weeks because the compressor motor burned out because the unit wasn't cleaned like the technician should have done. I went back and forth with their unprofessional customer service for over two weeks wanting to know when the new motor would be in. Every time I spoke to someone I got a different story. Their customer service reps are the rudest individuals I've ever dealt with! They finally fixed it after over two weeks of being without AC. I thought I would give them a chance to redeem themselves and scheduled a fall service. I was told a technician would be arriving between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. At 3:15 p.m. I hadn't heard from the technician so I called Precision to find out where the tech was and was told my appointment was canceled and that they left me a voicemail during the week to let me know they cancelled the appointment. I never received any voicemail canceling my appointment only a text confirming my appointment. If I could leave a no star review I would! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PRECISION AS YOU CAN!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

She did a great job explaining cost comparison between normal fees as well as the family plan. Explained there was a special going on as well. I immediately signed up and one of the perks was inspections for plumbing and electric. Booked right away for both of these to be done on June 26, 2026. Daniel, electric inspection took place the morning of the 26th and I was constantly texted for time arrival 30 minutes before they would be at my door. Daniel did a full inspection of the electrical panel and explained everything was in working order. He then covered other simple things such as my smoke detector should be replaced due to outdated. He also brought up about the water heater and furnace needing to be bonded (I believe that is the word used). I had also mentioned I was interested in having a battery back up on sump pump to be installed. Mentioned about the water heater too. He provided a copy of the system check report and form. He called a manager to see when a technician could come regarding the water heater and left a message and the manager called back before he left my residence with an appointment set. Later that day Joe the plumber came to inspect the plumbing inspection. Joe also did a great job checking the sump pumps, water values, anything pertaining to plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and if needed he explained things to me because everything was new experience to me. He was aware that I was interested in a battery back up system because I flooded a bit last year and this was the year to get it. The cost was reasonable and we set up for installation the following Monday. I wrote a review on Google under Leslie. The following week I had Noe Mendez come out to do a water heater flush. I didn't know much information but I knew the unit was 8 years old and we never flushed it however I knew you should flush or draw the unit so it works longer getting sediment out. Unfortunately Noe indicated to me that you should flush/drain from the beginning of purchase (the following year) as any sediment in the tank currently could cause some possible damage and leakage. With all his information I decided I wouldn't have the water heater flushed/drain because it was not a good idea. I figured I'd write this review all in one because the site Leslie heating cooling plumbing and electric site would not allow me to write a new review. All the technicians were courteous, knowledge, helpful in giving any information on how to care for my units to have a working house. They were on time as well. Great group of people as well as the worker in the front office.
