I had a situation where the easiest installation for the electrical contractor would have been a pain for me to charge each night. I would have needed to back my car in. So, the electrician went above and beyond and spent extra time and resources on project to accommodate me. I had to run some errands, so I explained where the existing generator was to the office contact and told her that there was no need for the tech to talk to us because none of the work required inside access.
