We live in a HOA, our back and side fence sections are shared with our neighbors. Our neighbors agreed to pay half for the sections they shared. It was a little hassle to try get all three of us on the same schedule with the down payment. Randy and Sue were very patient with us dealing with our neighbors.(our neighbors aren't bad or anything). Our neighbors were able pay straight to Essential fence, even though we were the ones that signed the contract and on the hook for the fence. Our Modified Panel fence has a 3 year warranty and the gate has 6month. Essential Fence showed up when they said they would and finished the fence when they said it would be done by. No problems.
