For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! I have ordered a few times now and tried a combination of everything on the menu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The quality of the proteins used is great, knock on wood, never eaten a nerve or anything funky in the protein. The amount of food in each container is perfect to satisfy hunger and make you full til your next meal. I know some meal prep companies over fill the containers with carbs or veggies and you're hungry within an hour, but the portions are relatively consistent just enough protein veggies and carbs and you stay feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. I've probably ordered from every delivery site and local restaurant available and I have to say there is a stark difference in these meals. It really feels and tastes homemade. Often times I find that restaurant meals end up all tasting the same as they share lots of ingredients where possible. Not here and that's one thing I really appreciate about the menu. The offerings are so different which keep us excited to see what's coming. You don't taste reused oil or frozen ingredients. Seafood and meats are plump and fresh, herbs and garnishments are all fresh.  We've tried over 12 meals and I have to say they're all very tasty. My son actually gets excited when he sees a BARN's Kitchen box, he says he knows it's going to be good. Even my toddler enjoys all the meals. And speaking of which, they're so mindful of dietary restrictions. They've carefully excluded eggs when the recipe calls for it because my daughter is allergic. I appreciate that most meals don't include nuts because she's also allergic to that.  It'd be hard but if we had to pick our favorites, it would probably be the furikaki salmon dish or the smash burger or the pork belly or the mamas fish sauce chicken wings or the crispy Hainan chicken or the lemongrass baby back ribs or the red wine braised short ribs.

If they don't have a certain item they bring it upon themselves to substitute to whatever they want, which happens often. I think it may be time to find a new prep place.

Lea was incredibly kind, gracious, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. At one point, we even had to cancel because we were dealing with internet issues at the venue, and she was so understanding. Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. People were going back for seconds and asking where the food was from. One of my favorite parts of the experience was getting to give Filipino food space in a corporate setting and seeing how well received it was. Hallelumpia absolutely delivered.
