It is Five Guys without the peanuts. Literally the same menu. I wish they had something more to offer than 5Guys, like a vegetarian option (veggie burger or portabello mushroom). I go here because 5 guys is farther and I'm trying to support a local business. read more

Completely empty at 5:30pm? That should've been a red flag but I was so hungry that I decided to try it anyway. I ordered a burger with lettuce, ketchup, mayo and a medium soda which really looks like a small and that was $15.15... Completely overpriced AND to top it off the employees don't use gloves! That was another red flag so as I'm waiting for my food you'd think they'd give me updates just as a common courtesy especially since I'm the only customer in the restaurant. I sat down to eat my food after it was done and nobody asked how everything was or anything... I don't know I've worked in retail and if I'm in the food business with ONE Customer I'd probably provide EXCELLENT service so I can potentially gain referrals from that customer! The patty's weren't fatty but the chicken (Fatty) nuggets where . Besides that, Fatty patty has delicious burgers and amazing service. The place is well kept and has fun activities inside. Also, I wouldn't say that Fatty Patty is better than Five guys, but it isn't worse. They both have there flaws but they are both delicious. Also, the fries where SOOOOOOOOO salty. The salt shaker might have been broken and fell all over my fries. This is why I have to rate Fatty Patty 3 stars. Change these flaws, and you guys will get 5 stars from me. Traveling and decided to stop in. Looked like another version of 5 guys. Way wrong. $41 for 1 cheeseburger, 1 hotdog, 1 chicken sandwich, 3 fries and 3 small drinks. Not only was it expensive but all the food was so nasty. We had no choice but to eat it even though it was so nasty because we had to get on the road again. Fries are super gross and basic fries with no salt and look frozen. The burger was eh, the chicken sandwich was so hard and dried out. The hotdog was way plain and gross. I guess the drinks were good despite paying an arm and a leg for a very small drink. I'm really not that picky but this place was so bad with their quality of food. read more

So much better than five guys. Better priced and better food. Burgers kids a quarter pound or adults two patties. Order accordingly. Hot dogs grilled and split with good toppings. Perfect for Uber eats delivery. Arrives quick and hot. Wish menu was larger but in this awful time for restaurants they hit a home run. read more

A welcome addition to the Trumbull dining scene. Think Five Guys, but Fatty Patty has significantly better fries and beef. Otherwise very comparable. The restaurant space is casual and well thought out. Unfortunately, it's a bit hidden in the back of Trumbull Center, so some advertising might be beneficial. The menu is streamlined and appears to be focused on what they can do well (although I didn't try the milkshakes). I wouldn't say it's quite to the level of Shake Shack, but it is less expensive. For a casual burger, hot dog, or fries, this is a great choice in Trumbull. Also a perfect option for those with children. read more

My husband and I both ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo. Excellent. Messy and cheesy which isn't necessarily a bad thing. We were not expecting the two patties. We ordered our son the kids cheeseburger which was the size of the burger I was expecting. Next time I will probably order the kids burger for myself. We also ordered fries. They overloaded the cup and bag with fries which was nice because we all shared them. This place is quick and simple. Only a few items on the menu which allows them to do all of those things great. You order at a counter, pick up at a different area of the counter and then sit inside or carry out. We will be back. read more

We had a terrible experience with Grub Hub and Fatty Patty. Please beware that the employees at Fatty Patty has no idea that Grub Hub delivers from their restaurant. Last night, we ordered at 7:15 and were told delivery would be 40 minutes at most. At 8 PM, we got a message that our order was delayed and wouldn't be delivered for another 40 minutes. We texted the driver. We call the driver. No response at all. We called Fatty Patty. They had no orders pending and said that they didn't deal with Grub Hub, even though Grub Hub took our order and took our money. We called Grub Hub and explained the situation. They said they would cancel our order, issue us a refund and send us credit for a future meal. Our order was cancelled, so my husband went out to the restaurant himself and got food and brought it home. He spoke to the Fatty Patty restaurant workers AGAIN, who said they had no pending orders and did not work with Grub Hub. Forty-five minutes later, a Grub Hub driver (not the one I originally tried to text and call) arrived with food from the same restaurant. Now, Grub Hub is saying they are not going to refund us, after they said and hour earlier that our order had been cancelled. read more

Stumbled across this place when I was curious about the name. Shocked to find out it has been open 4-5 months! Really need to advertise locally as the location is relatively hidden and no sign on the White Plains St side. The Good: the place appeared clean, plenty of seating, staff was friendly and efficient The Not-so-Good: Super overpriced ($4.50 for a hot dog?), and menu too limited. Food was fine, not bad, but not special for the price. Double patty burgers which aren't my preference. No kids menu so taking family would be costly. read more

I am giving them zero stars because of our situation last night. It was my wife's birthday and we decided it would be fun to get burgers and fries delivered from this place. It says on their website that GrubHub delivers for them. We ordered at 7:15 and it said that it would arrive at 8 o'clock. At 8 o'clock we got a message saying that it would not arrive until 845. An hour and a half after we ordered from the place that is seven minutes from our house. It turns out they don't have the equipment to actually receive orders from Grubhub and therefore had no record of our order. So I got my clothes on and went out at 8:15 to go and buy the burgers myself. They had no management on staff that night to help me out. I got the burgers brought them home we ate them at 9 PM a GrubHub driver shows up an hour and 45 minutes after we placed our order and delivers food. And they want us to pay for all of it including the expensive delivery fee. This is crap. Don't give GrubHub or fatty patties your business. read more

We went to Fatty Patty on a Sunday at 1:30. You could have shot a shotgun at the place and never hit anyone! No one came in in the 1/2 hour we were there. We got a cheeseburger, cheese dog & fries and their chicken nuggets. The all flavor coke machine was out of syrup and tasted like colored water or they dialed the syrup down so all you tasted was seltzer. They insisted that their was no problem even though the machine had the warning light on. The fries were spindly and devoid of taste. The honey mustard dip for the nuggets was turning or just bad since it had a strong taste of vinegar! How someone could rate this better in the Google ratings than 5 guys is unbelievable! This is the worst eating experience I have in a long time. There is not a worst rating that I can give this place. This was a very bad experience and judging by their traffic, they should be gone soon and Trumbull will better off for that. TERRIBLE!!!!!!! read more

It's just OK, and for the prices it better be spectacular and the staff could use a lesson in customer service. Everyone just always looks so complacent and miserable. Maybe I've always gone at the "right" time but I have never seen it crazy busy before. There are so many other places to get a good burger at a fraction of the price. Fries were good, burger was okay nothing special. In my opinion was overpriced, I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and paid the same price. $17 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a small drink. Good quality fast food. Had a great burger and dog today. Last time was here with the kids and all enjoyed having a non big chain quality place in Trumbull. I live a mile away and didn't even know the place existed which is just bad business on their part, because they should be busier. But that almost adds to the experience of us, who know it's there now. The only reason I'm not saying it's a 5 star review is because an ODD rest room procedure. I went to use the rest room and the doors had codes. Similar to say, a NYC Starbucks. And I thought, no big deal. Went back to the counter to ask for the rest room code, and rather than give it to me, they require an employee take me to the rest room, and open the door for me as they waited. This was weird. And I was the only person in the place. I can't imagine Trumbull CT has a big problem of vagrants attempt to us rest rooms that's aren't actually customers. Lol. But outside of that uncomfortable policy, the place has a great dog and great burgers. read more

I stopped here for the first time and it was good. Not as good as Super Duper burger in CA or maybe Five Guys. But it's good. Shake Shack has the best tasting burger and Smash Burger has the best fries (all my opinion) but still, this place is good. read more

Had a Bacon Cheese Burger in a lettuce bun, didn't fall apart like it does at other places. Definitely recommend!!!
