I understand about keeping it on file but in doing so they need to assume a level of responsibility in caretaking and safekeeping of that data. if they do not want to invest in software a low tech solution is a lock drawer. Also thumbs down on impark who runs the parking lot - I was required to pay for 1.5 hours for literally 15 minutes. The pay station does not allow you to purchase less time.

So I sat there and waited and waited...meanwhile in total there were 2 other guys and 2 women working there, but not once did they ask if they could get some information from me so they could maybe help.
