In fact, I purchased a Brinkley at the Prescott location, which we still own today. As an active influencer in the RV community, I have referred a steady stream of customers to your dealerships. That ends today with Vice President of Sales, Brody Thompson's response. Beginning in January 2026 in Prescott Valley, AZ, we were excited to purchase a smaller RV, an addition to our Brinkley we purchased last year. We noticed a concern after being called to the dealership multiple times to complete or sign missing paperwork or make corrections. While waiting in the sales room, the finance manager, Michael, decided to have a conference call on speaker for everyone to hear. Unfortunately, mistakes were made and discussed on this call. Now, it required altering our original deal, which required an adjustment to the initial agreement. Michael requested an additional 6K due to this error, but we refused, staying firm with our 10K down payment. This is where it gets good. Well, a roadside service contract was added between the various revisions of the contract. Surprisingly, no verbal discussion occurred, as I would have easily refused. I've been paying for my own RV roadside service for years. Are they trying to recoup some of the additional $ 6K requested? Wait, it gets even better! Let's review my warranty contract. Oh wait, we can't. We were only provided the cover page of the warranty contract. The remaining pages, which included the cancellation policy, was not included. Luckily when we purchased our Brinkley last year, our warranty contract included all pages, which outlined the cancellation terms. This situation reflects poor process at best. At worst, it points to deception. Why cancel? They created an additional loan for the warranty, which doubled the original agreement and monthly payment. Two loans for one RV!?! The dealership now involved Blue Compass leadership, Vice President of Sales Brody Thompson. Now, Mr. Thompson is questioning our integrity instead of addressing the facts, stating, "This is the reason so many dealerships act as if they don't care about the customer, because it's clear so many customers care not to keep their word." Then closes his email with; "Two sides to a story". This response speaks for itself. He's not interested in customer service or learning the facts of this transaction; his only focus is sales. I will not accept an attack on my integrity when the issues in this transaction were outside my control, not communicated or created by others. The true reason why dealerships get a bad reputation are examples pointed out in this review. A dealership that conceals charges or promotes a false narrative in conflict with a signed legal contract raises serious ethical concerns. These actions reflect deceptive business practices and undermine the integrity of the transaction. That approach damages trust, violates consumer protections, and warrants formal review and exposure. Bottom Line: unauthorized add-ons, incomplete/missing documents, conflicting loans, & delayed refund. As an RV influencer, I will continue to share the facts of this story for years to come, including in our video review of the RV. Others have shared this same experience on other platforms and via the Better Business Bureau website (BBB).

Then I got a call from Woody and he said he had a black Coleman mach that came off another RV that was running perfectly., having kids he absolutely gifted this AC unit to me. He came out delivered it, and literally helped me get the thing up on the roof. And then took the time to explain what wires went where and what I needed to look for in the near future if I had any problems t all. He came out and looked at both issues then said his daughter will email me an invoice thatvI need to pay before he comes back out to fix the issues. Not sure why he didnt fix the water leak when he came out the first time, I guess he has a big van but no parts. He pre-billed me for 5 hours which I naively paid. He returned the next day and replaced the fuel filter on the generator and some pex behind the toilet. Total time spend for the 2 visits was 2 hours, and a large potion of the time was him just talking about stuff, including that I should have bought a used Prevost instead of my new Georgetown. I tried to talk to him about refunding some of the money as he only spent 2 hours working on the unit. He started claiming the industry charges a fixed hourly rate for services and he finishes faster. I advised he charged me 4 hours to replace a fuel filter, industry standard is 30 minutes. Then he claimed the extra $450 was his travel time to pick up the $20 filter that was 15 miles away. He eventually agreed to return some of my money but never did. Also, right after he left the toilet started leaking from a loose fitting. He, without looking at it, says "well you have a second leak". Was just coincidence that the pex tubing he was pulling on came loose from the toilet and caused extensive water damage. I see why he has some bad reviews and niw makes you pay up front, at least if you are traveling in the area. Use at your own risk.​

Very siimilar to Blue Compass. My advice if purchasing a late model RV: Look for a private party sale, be patient, buy the book "Buying A Used Motorhome" by Bill Myers and follow its direction. You will save at minimum the sales tax. We looked nationwide online and saved 10-12K on price PLUS sales tax and got a nice, easy to drive 27 foot Class C, 2024 model year, with 9,000 miles on it (only 14 hours on the generator!), with two slide outs - the perfect rig for us. The worst thing you can do is finance sales tax - think about it! Find a private party sale - remember: there are lots of people disguising as private parties who are really dealers (do your research) - weed them out - be patient. Read service reviews for dealerships, pay attention to people you know and their comments about RV dealerships in the area. We are glad we were patient, it paid big dividends. The two stars are for the finance, and sales people - everyone was real "nice" but they are trapped in a corporate "system".

Brian has been nothing but helpful, very accommodating, and has handled a host of problems, including installing a tankless hot water heater, installing a new furnace motor, installing a toilet where the flange had been glued in place but then cut making it impossible for me to install on my own, addressing loose faucets, and installing a new gfi outlet made almost impossible due to a very very shallow wall. I've cut and Pasted his response to me below: I'm a hundred percent sure it's not the roof. Are you sure it's not moisture building up inside and then dripping off the inside of the vent? Maybe the vent cover has a crack also possible. Did you put that cover on your roof over the pipe the vent cover? What actually happened was weeks of touch and go work by several different techs before the system did what I was told it would do when I signed the contract. The crew showed up on time that first day. Joseph, the lead, showed up an hour late. At the end of the shift he made a point of complaining about staying late, which was him making up the hour he'd missed, and they wouldn't stay the two hours it would have taken to actually finish. The job got left unfinished and my Powerwall got left sitting outside uncovered. They had to send a tech back out on a separate trip just to put the cover on it, and this was during a stretch when we were getting scattered showers. Before the install I told Andre, my project manager, that I didn't want panels anywhere roof vents would put shade on them. They installed two right next to a taller vent anyway, so depending on where the sun was, one or the other sat in shade for part of the day. If you're looking at a string inverter system, this matters much more than it sounds like it should. Panels on a string are wired in series, so the entire string produces at the level of its weakest panel. A single shaded panel doesn't just cost you that panel's output, it drags down every panel on the string for as long as the shade is there. That's the whole reason I brought it up before they started. They ended up having to come back out and relocate both. The backup is the part I'd want anyone considering this company to read. I never asked for anything less than whole home backup, not one time, and I signed on the assurance that my whole house would run on solar. What was actually written into the contract was partial, essentials only backup. When I raised it, nobody at the company could trace back a single piece of communication showing how that decision got made or who made it. Then after the install it came out that the solar couldn't see any load that wasn't on the backup panel, which meant most of my house was never going to run on solar the way it had been described to me. Their answer to that was an energy monitor. I spent weeks troubleshooting it before we established that it could only see half of my EV charger's draw, so it was never going to solve anything. Their next proposal was to move the charger onto the backup panel and bill me for the whole home backup that should have been scoped correctly in the first place. They had also missed my HVAC controller. So when the power went out, my air conditioning went out with it and roughly 90% of my house sat dark in the middle of the day at peak solar production. In Arizona. That is the single scenario this system exists to prevent. I also ended up running the entire interconnection process with my utility, ED3, mostly on my own. Coordinating with the power company is squarely a project manager's job, and honestly it was one of the specific reasons I wanted a company that assigns a dedicated PM to every install. Andre was AWOL for that whole process. I was the one tracking where things stood, following up, and keeping it moving. Beyond that, Andre kept telling me things were normal when they clearly were not, and nothing got resolved unless I pushed for it myself. At one point he forwarded me a reply asking for a photo I had already provided in that same email chain. When it escalated, Brett, one of the owners, asked me why I had agreed to a partial backup, which put his own company's scoping error back on me, and then told me he'd lose money covering the whole home backup because of how far out I live. Most of those trips he was counting were rework his own team created. I chose Green Muscle in part because every job gets a dedicated project manager. That turned out to be the weakest part of the entire experience. The system works now, months later, and only because I wouldn't let it go.
