Neptune on list from attorney so I waited till 7 PM and called their Cleveland phone number. Chose option #1, death or immediate services. One ring and phone disconnected. Tried again, same result. Called Cincinnati office immediate service. A person answered and told her my Cleveland result. Told her Cleveland number and she said she had a better number. OK. Call better number. It was another operator in Cincinnati. If I needed them tonight or if my wife had needed them, what would we do? I crossed Neptune off the list again.

I felt that the living as well as the deceased was treated with so much respect. The service was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The flowers around the coffin was arranged so beautiful. When it was time to leave to the cemetery, everything was done in an organized fashion. I'm so happy that one of the employees from the funeral home politely came to my car door to make sure I had my lights and flashers on.
