I stood there for about 10 mins, he never even acknowledge my presence, just talking on the phone and smiling. Returned about 1.5 hours later. The same guy was flirting with a lady, never acknowledged my presence. After a few minutes, Daniel, assistant mgr appeared. I started by mentioning that the previous mgr offered to waive enrollment fee for me. Daniel said it was impossible for him to do. I offered to pay in full for a whole year - no help. But Daniel never mentioned that Crunch website was offering enrollment special for a reduced enrollment fee of 26 cents. I've decided to to pay in full anyway, for convenience. Daniel wrote a contract where numbers make absolutely no sense, he never offered to show me the contract ( I trusted him because I had such a good memories of talking with Patrick, the previous manager) The total is $189. Almost $50 more than the website offer. The next day I wrote about the problem to the manager@crunchRoslindale.com. Five days and no reply. I was out of state for 5 days. Unfortunately, they are no longer a 24/5 location and are 5am-11pm Mon-Thurs, 5am-10pm Fri, & 7am-7pm SatSun. They've got lots of equipment here... can always count on getting a smith machine & no one hogs the machines since it's a quieter location & they have enough machines to prevent that from happening. Overall, probably one of my favorite locations to go to, just wish that they were still 24/5. Parking: the parking lot is massive & has a generous amount of parking spots!

Some of the machines seem to have quite a bit of years on them but as long as they work, it's all good. The locker rooms were huge, hot tub sauna and steam shower at this location, no cold baths that i saw. I think with the different tier solo and fam plans plus access to pool, hoops and unlimited classes, it makes sense it's cost, just wish it was lower like in some other markets (states) haha. This was a pretty bad experience, as they require you to give 45 day notice and charge a $50 cancellation fee. Initially, I was upset because I thought the cancellation was going to be hassle free and immediate. Alex found out about what happened, and immediately worked to rectify this issue and got me a full refund of the cancellation fee and 2 months membership. Alex is a fair and honest person, and I would recommend this gym to any who are looking.
