If I could choose -1 star, I would. I am a breeder also located in Elkhart. One of our havapoo families took their 1 year old havapoo in for grooming and the owner was instantly belligerent to the family member dropping off. He rudely declared, before even thoroughly looking the dog over, that the dog was too matted for a groom and would have to be shaved. The family member agreed that he indeed did have some matting, but asked that they please look him over and see if they could be combed out. The owner said "if you don't want him shaved you just walk him out of here right now". Looking back the family member regrets ever leaving the dog there. After picking him up.... It became obvious, not only was the dog shaved... But he was shaved with absolutely no attention to his safety or appearance. He's covered in nicks and cuts. His man parts were red and rashy looking. He had a gash on the bridge of his nose. The "shave" looked Like it was done with 40 year old clippers... With bald spots here and long spots there. I can't even imagine how scared that poor baby was while he was there!!! I will never recommend this Groomer to any of our puppy families!!!! A good groomer communicates and gives you options to deal with matting. read more

Such a horrible place to take your pet. Took my lab there a because I was heading out of town for a week. Left them with the exact amount of food for his daily feedings. When I returned to pick my dog up they brought me the wrong dog 3 times and when they finally brought my dog out his entire nose was covered in blood he had poop all over him because they never let him out of his kennel and all of his food was still in his bag. This place is such a joke. read more

Pickup times and drop off times are not pet-owner friendly. Want to bring your dog in to be boarded on a Saturday? 7-10:00am. Pick up on Sunday is 7-8PM and you are charged for the night even though the dog hasn't stayed the night. Owner said "oh it's because this is how hotels work" but they don't give the option to get your dog earlier in the day. Stupid rules to eeek out another $30.00 from you. Will continue to take my dog there, just know the drop off/pickup times are wonky! read more

They treat my sweet Muffin as though she is their own. She is completely comfortable here and comes home from her grooming days happy and excited. (She's an elderly poodle, so that's saying something.) She loves spending overnights as well. If she could talk she would go on and on about all the new friends she made. I happily recommend Faus' for the caring way they take care of my baby. read more

We took 2 Westies in for grooming and one of our Westies was barely trimmed and the other one they scalped with some excuse about tangles. We have had these dogs groomed about every 5 weeks since they were babies and this was without a doubt the worst grooming they have ever had. Maybe their boarding is ok is in the other reviews but I would not take my dogs here for grooming. (tried to add before/after photos but no luck??) read more

The staff here are amazing. Our pets of the canine variety have been staying at this "doggie hotel" for years and I never worry about them. If you ask for a bath to be complete prior to pick up they come home smelling wonderful. They offer day care for your dog as well as full boarding. They interact with your furbabies during their stay. The owner has provided FREE guidance to help me train our dog, Roxy, when we were dealing with a few behavioral issues. Traveling in our motorhome my dog needed his nails trimmed. Without reservations I walked in and they happily took my dog in for a quick trim. I was super impressed how friendly they were, my dog is an 14 years old Jack Russell, they took time to greet him and take away his worries. Not only do they offer board, but are open for grooming on Sundays. Picking up a clean and happy dog is the perfect ending to a boarding. In addition they train police K/9, the owner (I think) is from a family of police officers. I walked out totally impressed in their operation, their attitude and canine care. Took my 1yo pitbull here for the first time. My mom has boarded her dog here for years, they are so nice!! You can tell they are dog people and know how to handle all sorts of breeds and keep them calm. Monty was a very happy puppy when I picked him up, and I will take him here again from now on. Such a great find in our time of need. We are from CA having our Motorhome serviced at the Thor Factory service center for a week in Wakarusa. No one could help us find a sitter or kennel nearby there. We googled and picked this one as it was also near Total RV Sales in Elkhart that we were told to visit. The guy Mike that checked us in was very nice with a great personality. I called the next day and left a voicemail to check up on our cat. I missed the prompt return call but he gave me all the detailed information about how Max was doing and he invited me to call back any time to check in on our kitty. We picked up our cat after 3 days. Another guy was there and just as friendly. Max of course was happy to see us. Many customers arrived the same time to pick up there dogs from the groomers. We met some of the dogs up front that were there for daycare and all seemed really happy. Of course we petted them all. I'll use this kennel again as we travel thru here almost yearly. read more

They are amazing. Our beagle bulldog mix absolutely loves it there. Other places we had taken him he would shed afterward from being stressed. Our dog is incredibly social and the owner and his family play with the dogs alot and it shows. They also work with you. I cannot say enough good things about them. Instead of being so sad dropping off Butkus, it is a mini vacation for him. I recommend them to everyone that have dogs. read more
