I was in a last minute crunch about a week ago to have a pair of Men's Dress Pants hemmed, so I reached out on Yelp to see if anyone could do same day alterations, and within 10 minutes Lily responded and said that she could do it. I just wanted to say how absolutely lovely Iris is. She responded to my Yelp message so quickly. I was able to receive a quote and have my quested answered very quickly. I wanted to take this jacket in a little so that it wasn't so boxy and she did a lovely job. I was hesitant to bring it in because of the pattern in the back but as you can see, when she brought in the jacket she made it so the fabric's pattern matched up. Her craftsmanship really shows in the "After (back)" photo. I feel more comfortable wearing this piece and her pricing is very fair. I probably could have taken the jacket in even more but overall, I'm very satisfied. Iris had my jacket ready for pick-up within 48 hrs. I was in my Brothers wedding, ordered my dress from David's bridal and it was delayed on deliver I didn't receive my dress until Monday of the wedding on Saturday!! I reached out to tons of places looking to get my dress heim and everyone wanted to charge me over 100 bucks And have it done Saturday morning. I reached out to iris and she told me she could have my dress done by Thursday! I went to her place, she was so sweet and professional and helpful explain the heim process. I got a call Thursday AM that my dress was ready for pick up! And OMG it was PERFECT!!!!! She only charged me $45 for the heim. Thank you so much iris!! I needed alterations done on a bridesmaids dress and Iris did an amazing and fast job! To adjust the straps to my dress and close up part of the dress' slit cost $25 and took less than a week. Very affordable! She replies so quickly on Yelp messages and if you describe what you need done, she'll give you a quote before you even come in. She works from home, but she has an area separated from the rest of the home with curtains for you to try on your clothes. You can change there to show what needs to be done to your clothes and to try the clothes on once more when you pick up to make sure everything fits nicely after the alterations. I ordered my bridesmaid dress a month before my friends wedding. When i got it, it was tight but i thought i just need to lose a couple lbs. I was so wrong, the week before the wedding i tried on the dress and it would only Zip up halfway. Davids bridal wanted to charge me more than what the dress cost to have it hemmed and on time. I called so many places and sent messages explaining my problem and either they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg or wldnt have it on time. I was ready to just give up and not be in my friends wedding. I thankfully found Señora Iris! She replied that she just needed to see the dress to take it Sunday night . She saw it and said she could fix it and have it ready before the wedding ! So in 3 days she had it ready.
