My tan always looks great & I feel amazingly confident afterward. I'm not sure what formula she uses, but it smells great & I believe it's all organic! I love the contouring services she offers too. I've also purchased the tan extender, instant bronzer and gentle cleanser from here & have had great results using all of them to keep my tan going for even longer :) Becca is incredibly friendly & talented. The story behind this: I walked into this tanning place location in my way to the gym ( which includes tanning). I was looking for a hemp tanning lotion, since I find them to be the best tanning lotions I have encounter so far , next to the one I just found "bronzology" which smells fantastic by the way and does an excellent job. Well, I do not dress in design clothes to be sweaty, so I walk in here and the lady behind the counter immediately assumed what is in my budget or not. Well, a $120 lotion might be something I could consider buying if I didn't know I can get much cheaper and better quality products out there. Then she said "well you can buy our "mediocre" lotions ( she really said mediocre) because they might be more in your price range", without me saying anything about what I can or cannot afford. Either way her mediocre lotions were still 50+ dollars. In my mind I wonder why I am paying 50+ dollars for a mediocre product? Then I finally inquire about their tanning rates which I find ridiculous because their regular beds are the same price a month as the gym which is less than 50 feet away ,and you get a gym with the tanning bed. So in conclusion, if you like snooty, over priced, and mediocre tanning lotions I would totally recommend this place, and at the end they didn't even had what I was looking for.

I went in for a brow lift for a big event coming up in a few days, and while there, the esthetician convinced me to get a brow tint and a lamination. I asked her if it was okay to do since I am on tretinoin, and she said yes, the only thing I couldn't do was wax, so she plucked my brows instead. During the procedure, I asked if it was meant to be burning and painful, and was told yes. We even talked about me being on tret while the procedure was happening! My brows were bright red afterward and painful, and in the morning, I had scabbing in certain spots, red skin, and they were still very painful even without touching them. I very clearly had a chemical burn. After a quick Google search, I learned you should not do a brow lamination while on tret, and I called the spa, who told me I was wrong and there was nothing done at the spa that could have given me a burn. I did not believe them, so I called my dermatologist afterward, who said lamination should not be done on tret or any other retinoids. I am attaching my text conversation below with Glow Med Spa (I cropped out the beginning, which includes personal information) during which they tried to gaslight me into believing they had done nothing wrong and that I was experiencing a "personal allergy." They changed their tune when they realized I was not, in fact, an idiot, and had spoken to a qualified professional elsewhere to further confirm. I really am not the type of person to leave bad reviews. I have never done so in my life and probably never will again. But the fact that they tried to trick me after they gave me a chemical burn is just not acceptable. The burn that they gave me is thankfully not terrible but they have not only ruined a big event for me, the chemical burn could have very easily been worse potentially scarring me, and they were happy to lie about the entire thing.
