When we arrived, their ages were confirmed again, but despite that, the girls were separated and couldn't sit next to each other during the service, which was disappointing since the experience was supposed to be something special for them to do together. When it came time to pay, I was told one of the girls would be $35 and the other $65. When I asked why, I was told it was because my older daughter got gel polish. I clarified that she did not, and another staff member confirmed she hadn't. Despite that, I was told the price would still be $65 because she is "bigger." I have no issue paying more based on age if that's clearly communicated upfront, but this was not the case. When I questioned the pricing, a scene was made -- multiple employees came over, speaking to each other and to me, which made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. To make matters worse, less than an hour later, the polish on my oldest daughter's toes was already peeling off. Overall, the pricing felt inconsistent and poorly explained, the atmosphere became uncomfortable, and the experience did not match what was advertised or expected.

After that text message I tried to make an appointment and she ignored all my calls and text messages for almost 2 weeks. At that point I asked for a full refund and still no response from her. Save your money and go to a real spray tanning spa not some tiny room in the back of a building. This was a total waste of my time and money and the results were worse than any tan I've ever had. If I could give less than one star I would for somebody running a business by herself she should know that the customer is always right all she had to do was fix the crappy tan job that she gave me and I would've been a happy customer but instead she ignored my text messages and calls, and kept my money. She is amazing and makes my visits fun and enjoyable. Takes zero time to get appointments and the services are awesome. They have so many things for ladies, but them servicing guys is a treat.
