I'm going to give it 5 stars based on my first visit. The Sunday-Monday gal was there not on her regular day and was fantastic. Helpful, friendly, fun, encouraging. I bought a great long black sweater for a great price. Went a second time, I guess this time it was the owner and a friend. One was heating up something to eat. They said "hi" and I didn't hear another word for the remaining twenty minutes I was in the store. Lame. Third time, no one speaks to me. Down grading to four stars. Cute clothes, good prices, zero service. The employee who helped me on my first visit deserves a raise. read more

I was in this store today and bought a couple of things. They don't follow the state mandated rules of wearing masks inside. It's unbelievable and if they didn't have such a terrible return policy I would have returned it! I've lived in Bend for over 10 years and will never walk into this store again. read more

My fav place to shop! Whenever I'm in Bend I always make it a point to visit! I live in Portland and I constantly get complements on everything I buy and wear from this boutique. I love too that no one else can be wearing the same, mass produced clothes as I am because they didn't come from Nordstrom's, Target, or the like. Always nice, warm, friendly ladies working there. Even had earring shipped to me in different colors. My only problem is I seem to spend too much money every.damn.time! read more

Faveur Eclectic Unique Boutique is well-named. I really appreciate the unique clothing options. The style of the shop allows for flair and personality, and the clothing pieces can be combined in so many ways. The looks I've created with various scarves, dresses and shoes are so varied, from earthy to classic. The owner has great taste, and it shows in the selection. The employee named Penny was extremely helpful, and offered opinions in helping me find the perfect dress for a wedding. I'm happy that there is still a shop downtown that fits my budget. read more

This little shop is a jewel. The owner is friendly and takes a personal interest in helping me find pieces that will work together to make a great wardrobe. Best, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. I now make it a point to stop in here every time I'm in Bend to add another little piece to my Faveur collection. The owner was incredibly rude! Not to mention, 0 help. Clothes are over priced and quality is a 2 at best. I did buy 3 shirts of the same style. I only tried one on. When I got home, I noticed one had a snag. I took the shirt back 3 days later to exchange but they did not have my size. The owner didn't even apologize. She said she didn't do cash refunds. Only in-store credit. When I asked for the credit she said she would take my name and put it in a book with the credit price. Therefore, I would have nothing to show. Beyond irritated, I explained the incident wasn't my fault. Tags were still attached and I had my receipt. The owner said, it was my responsibility to make sure the quality of clothing was to my standards before purchasing. Poor customer service. I would like to support local businesses but with that attitude, I'll take my business to Zappos-365 return policy. No questions asked. read more
