They refunded to price of the 4 undamaged bottles less a $15 dollar per bottle restock fee. The cost.of shipping was not refundable nor the cost of the damaged bottles. Unfortunately, I was left walking with a severe limp and I'm only able to use one hand. When I went in to pick my order up, I explained to the person working that I only have use of one hand and would either need help bringing my order to my car or would need to bring each item out individually. Thankfully, they agreed to help me. This is the kind of customer service that makes me a repeat customer.
