I walked in needing a battery, and Paul immediately looked up my car like, "we've got this," and Adom was right behind him ready to grab it. No runaround, no nonsense--just handled. But honestly, what stood out was how they treated me. We had great conversations, lots of laughs, and they were both respectful, down-to-earth, and just good humans. As a woman who just moved across the country, that kind of energy matters more than they probably realize. I actually ended up saving $700 by taking it to another place in the same shopping center and didn't get change ordered. I recommend everybody going to a place that will do the right thing for their customers.
