Joel Etchens is one of the few gun stores that display each gun with pictures of both sides of the gun, so you can see each guns' wood grain "beauty". Joel Etchen Guns usually have higher end wood stocks and matching forends...so you can "shop furniture". If you need work done, adding a comb or gracoil, Wes offers excellent work, and you can get a good discount if you have the work done with your purchase. Customer service from Matt and everyone else has always been excellent, and they can often offer a lower price if you ask.

The customer service here is below par, and the culture here is to be ignored. Perhaps the volume of the store is so high, management does not care about customer service. If I went there today, stood at the counter and didn't make myself very known, I wonder how long I could stand there without being noticed... Mind you, I'm a large man.
