Seems very understaffed, plan your appointment at least three weeks to a month for the desired date. Will not listen to my preferences. The salon is impeccable and I notice the stylist (I think is the owner) is knowledgeable but her disposition with clients' needs much improvement. The front desk very polite, but I sense she is concern with her performance, seems to be a relative of the owner/stylist. The outcome of the service not as expected. Not returning.

The first time I went I mentioned that I was wanting change my hair color to grey, closer to what…read moremy roots growing in are. My hair was already colored brown with highlights. The stylist suggested a black and white layered hair color - she showed me a pinterest photo. It looked great and I was really excited. The stylist was the owner. She bleached highlights into my hair to help with the blending and lightened the overall base color. I ended up with an ash blonde color. NOT a great color for my skin tone. It was awful. But she told me that the bleaching to get to the white would take another visit. Total = $389.00. Four weeks later I went in and mentioned to the owner that although the color was fine for some people, it didn't look good on me. She said that it washed me out! I reminded her that the goal was a black and white layered color but she told me that I would still end up ash blonde. What happened to the white? She said that it couldn't be done. Then why in the world would I consider going down this road? I did let her know that I really did like the different dimensions of color, but thought I should go back to darker brown with highlights. She ended up giving me GIANT stripes with the same ash blonde color. During the trim, I asked if she could trim the back so that the ends didn't flip out. She never asked me how much to trim and ended up cutting off a good 2-3 inches. The back - she cropped the bottom part of my hair, close to my scalp, so short it sticks straight out. The hair towards the top of my head is longer so it covered the scalp job and I didn't see it until the next morning. Total = $265.00. Unfortunately this place is nothing more than a group of mean girls. I was shocked to hear them gossiping loudly about other clients. The owner had to continually brag that she had a personal assistant and insisted that she had a "high end" salon. I've been to high end salons.... this isn't one. High price does not equal high end.
