I've been to this salon a few times and had great service when I booked with Aj, but this time I…read moredecided to try someone new since Aj's prices went up and I couldn't afford her. I went mainly for a new style and some help with my bangs. I had gotten my bangs cut by a different stylist at another salon and they weren't what I asked for, so I wanted some help from the salon I thought I could trust. First, when I got my hair washed I was expecting the full service, like a hair mask and hand massage, but for some reason I didn't get that. Second, I asked for a shag cut with lots of layers in the back and my baby bangs to be fixed and styled differently. What I got was uneven bangs and long layers. My stylist didn't know how to help me fix my bangs and repeatedly tried to style them, but I still left with my bangs sticking up and super choppy like my 4 year old sister cut my bangs. Instead of experimenting on my hair, I would've been much happier if my stylist told me she can't achieve the style I wanted. After, I was embarrassed so I just paid and left hiding my bangs. When I got home sobbing, my mom called the salon asking if I could get my service refunded. They called back saying that I could only get $20 back. They also mentioned that I was the one that came in with uneven bangs. We are very disappointed with how this salon manages these complaints because we at least expected them to offer to fix what was done to my bangs. I came to get my hair cut to boost my confidence, but I left feeling even worse than I did before. Me and my family will not be returning to this salon. Edit: after this review, I got a full refund and was offered a chance to get my hair fixed.

My mom has been going to the salon for over 4 years and she sees McKenna everytime. We are always satisfied with how our nails look when we leave the salon. I would highly recommend DiDi and McKenna as your choices for a nail tech. One of the other things I love about the salon is the vibe. They will ask if you want something to drink, they help you sit in you chair, they have a hook for your purse. And during holidays they decorate and its the cutest.

I chose Three-13 Salon because they are a certified Great Lengths salon and was told they give…read more113% Guarantee of surpassing my expectations. Based on that, I expected a premium service and a company willing to stand behind its work. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I invested approximately $1,400 in Great Lengths hair extensions and services & products for my only son's wedding in Alaska. The salon knew this was a once-in-a-lifetime event and that I would be leaving shortly after my appointments. My initial installation by Gabriellia was unsuccessful, so I was scheduled with their Global Elite Stylist, Traci, for my first corrective reinstall. The salon repeatedly emphasized that Traci had over 40 years of experience. During that appointment, Traci removed my extensions using Great Lengths bond remover and then installed approximately three new packs of extensions without first washing or clarifying my hair. Before I left, she instructed me not to wash my hair for 48 hours, leaving the bond remover on my hair, scalp, and newly installed extensions. I left believing everything had been corrected. I even emailed the salon thanking them for resolving the first installation issues and complimented Traci on what I believed was a job well done. Little did I know that by the following morning my extensions would begin failing. Within 48 hours, I had virtually no extensions remaining on one side of my head and developed contact dermatitis after the bond remover remained on my scalp. I immediately contacted the salon and explained that I had followed every instruction, including not washing my hair and using my boar bristle brush. The salon scheduled me with Pierce for a second corrective reinstall. I again expressed my concern that the bond remover had never been washed or clarified before new extensions were installed. Instead, I was told that wasn't the cause and was asked what shampoo I used. I explained my hair had never been washed since Traci's appointment, so shampoo could not have caused the immediate failure. During that visit, the manager called Traci at home to ask what products she recommended, and based on that conversation I purchased the Caviar shampoo and conditioner they instructed me to use. Pierce replaced only the bundle that had completely fallen out. The extensions continued falling out. While traveling to Alaska, a flight attendant handed me two extensions that had fallen onto the airplane floor. By the time I landed, about ten more had slipped out. By my son's wedding, I had no extensions remaining on one side of my head, and they continued falling out throughout the wedding. By the time I returned home, fewer than ten extensions remained. The most heartbreaking part is that these memories cannot be recreated. I will forever have photographs from my only son's wedding showing my hair falling apart during one of the most important days of my life. After returning home, I continued emailing the salon and sent photographs showing well over 100 extensions had fallen out. When I requested a refund, I was told the only solution was another reinstall. I repeatedly asked what would be done differently but never received an answer. Instead, I was expected to trust the same Global Elite Stylist again. I also repeatedly requested a complete itemized accounting of the charges made to my gift cards. Despite multiple requests, I never received a complete accounting and was eventually told the salon would no longer respond to emails asking the same questions. Wanting answers, I contacted Great Lengths USA directly and recorded the conversation. I explained exactly how my first corrective reinstall had been performed. Based on the information I provided, I was told that leaving Great Lengths bond remover in the hair without washing and clarifying it before reinstalling new extensions is what caused my extensions to fail. I was also told the hair must be "squeaky clean" before new extensions are installed so the keratin bonds can properly adhere. Great Lengths extensions are advertised to last up to five months. Mine lasted approximately 10 days. Timeline * April 24 - Consultation with Gabriellia * May 8 - Initial installation * May 14 - First corrective reinstall with Traci * May 18 - Second corrective reinstall with Pierce * May 20 - Left for Alaska * June 6 - Fewer than 10 extensions remained This review reflects my personal experience and is supported by emails, photographs, receipts, and a recorded conversation with Great Lengths USA. Upon request.
