Ordered their classic pasta sampler as a deal through the app and was very pleased with the app. (I was able to set my drive-thru pick up time for when I figured I'd be done with some errands run after work.) The food (a trio of spaghetti with meatball, lasagna & fettuccine alfredo) was OK... ate half of each and saved the rest for the next day's lunch... which I ended up only eating half of again. They took forever to take our order then got it wrong, when we finally got to our seats it was impossible to find anywhere to sit that didn't still have dirty dishes on it or being swarmed by flies. It's not the most disgusting place in Ashland, but it looks like they're fighting for that #1 spot. If I could I would die rather than eat here. They always forget your order. It made me gag because it smelled like farts and fish sticks that have were stagnant. They had 0 kid lids out. We used to have a Fazoli's in my hometown. It was what it was, cheap, fast food style Italian, slopped on a plastic plate with plastic forks. The Alfredo sauce was runny and watered down. I didn't expect much more from this location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much better the food was. Either the old restaurant I was used to was just terrible, or Fazoli's has seriously stepped up their game. Bottom line is, I like the food here. And they even put it on teal plates, with real silverware! read more

Love this Fazoli's. The service is incredible and the food is always made quickly. I got the Baked Ziti and the Baked Apple Crostata for dessert. The Ziti had the perfect ratio of sauce and cheese. The Baked Apple Crostata was similar to a homemade Apple crisp and came with a scoop of ice cream on the side. read more

It took entirely too long for my 1 sandwich to be made, there was a dressing covered tomoato sticking out of the container when I pulled it out of the bag, the sandwich was not sliced anywhere near the middle of the sandwich and was not sliced all the way through. So what I didn't spend of my lunch hour waiting in the drive thru, I spent cutting my overfilled (with lettuce) sandwich that wasn't all that great once I finally started eating. Especially since it was $7 and didn't come with any sides or a drink. A $10 lunch that would have been much cleaner and more enjoyable pretty much anywhere else. Stay away! read more

Drive thru experience, around lunch time hours...excellent customer service. Food came out fresh and fast...the new pizza baked manicotti was tasty and a good portion for the price. Yeah, I am a fan of this Fazoli's. The food that I have eaten here, especially the Original Sub, has been consistently good. Prices are reasonable considering that your are getting fresh and hot Italian food. I certainly recommend the sub as well as their samplers. The service reps have always been polite and friendly when I have eaten here; and I will be going back. And they also give you a 10% discount on your order if you present a same-day movie ticket from the nearby Cinemark theatre. read more

I wanted a quick slice of pizza and decided to give Fazoli's a try. I used the drive through and ordered a slice of pepperoni and four breadsticks. I was shocked by the total, it was almost seven dollars and that was without a drink. The breadsticks were stale and the pizza was undercooked and didn't have nearly enough cheese on it.
