I visited this Fazoli's today with my special needs, non-vocal grandson and the staff were just amazing with him. They helped him choose what he wanted to eat based on pictures. They gave him colors and paper, as well as, a book on fire engines (which he absolutely loved). And the staff was so attentive bringing us our food and helping us. These folks were amazing. If I could give a zero star I would. The staff is extremely rude. She tried to charge me for 3 meals and when I corrected her and told her I only ordered one she rolled her eyes at me, slammed the drive through window and yelled to the cooks that I only needed one meal. We go to this location a lot because we live (somewhat) close by. As far as the service goes, we've never had an issue. The employees are enthusiastic and friendly and most importantly, our orders have always been correct. *knock on wood* I usually really enjoy their food. Especially when I'm coming home from work late, want something decent and I don't have to cook. The price is right for some pretty okay Italian food with good portion sizes. My typical dish is the Ultimate Sampler because it has a bit of everything. Lasagna, spaghetti with a meatball, penne with meat sauce and fettuccine alfredo. When you can't decide, this is what to get. And breadsticks...of course! It's pretty good food, however, the fettuccine is ALWAYS dry (this goes with any location Ive been to) and the meat sauce tends to be on the saltier side. Price for this hot mess was double what I expected to pay for food out of a can. Child potions are 1 cup of food and a 35 cents juice box for $4 and some odd cents plus the extra for the cheese added. Won't eat there again. Second time it was bad. read more

Surprised to find a thirty minute wait for our food. Yes, it was busier than normal for a Sunday night, but really? I had the sampler platter and the fettuccine noodles arrived crispy and dried out like it had sat under the warming light way too long. Breadsticks were a scarcity that night as people came to the counter as we were ordering asking for them. They were struggling tonight. I'm a BIG fettuccine Alfredo person & I honestly thought it was gross. Noodles were cooked great, but I didn't like the sauce. Just wasn't impressed, Caesar salad is alright, I also got the pepperoni pizza & that was yummy!!! The breadsticks are super yummy and taste similar to Olive Gardens. I just spent $20 dollars for a pick up order and am very disappointed. I ordered a baked ziti and there's barely any cheese on it and way too much sauce. I'll be throwing it out it's terrible. Also, ordered a dozen breadsticks and they are all dry with barely any garlic butter. They taste like they were old from last night or something. Also, I had a slice of pizza with my meal and it tasted like cardboard. Definitely old pizza. I expect more from Fazolis, I literally threw away my whole meal. The only thing I enjoyed was the blue raspberry Italian ice. Smh read more

Went to the drive thru. Really hungry for a decent lunch. So, I ordered off the $5 menu. Fettuccine Alfredo and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Comes with breadsticks. Bad Bad Bad. Let me tell you why. First off, they had two employees and a Manager working during Lunch rush and the employees seemed like they were on their first day. After waiting 10 minutes to place an order after my co-worker placed her order, she received part of her food but not the complete order. I ordered the 5 dollar special with unlimited bread sticks, well it should of been no breadsticks for 5 dollars since there literally was none for 30 minutes or more. This place used to be really good for that quick fix Italian food with the best bread sticks around which the bread sticks are still very good but their food has gone down hill as they give you less sauce and smaller portions for the same if not more expensive. If you need that quick fix and Olive Garden is to expensive or you don't feel like waiting then this is the place for you. read more

Horrible Experience. I used to love coming to Fazolis but it isn't the same anymore. The bathroom was dirty and unsanitary. Inside the restaurant was not any better. The tables and floors had food and garbage scattered everywhere. Also don't expect unlimited breadsticks while going there. I love the food though don't get me wrong. read more

8/12/15 My order was not correct when delivered to the table. I decided to just eat it instead of waiting for another order. The three orders were brought out with 1 breadstick each. The waitress said more were coming. Our meals were almost finished and still no breadsticks. I went up front to ask for some twice.
