They UNKNOWINGLY took me to court AFTER THEY RECEIVED payment IN FULL. Thankfully the judge saw them for what it was, retaliation after receiving a bad review from their shotty work! They left MASSIVE sink holes after excavating for new sewer. When confronted with the issue, they called the police for harassment and attempted to sue me for non payment. I paid them the day they started the job in FULL and they lied in court! Fortunately the judge dismissed with prejudice BECAUSE IT WAS PAID ON TIME. Everything about this business is criminal. After an internet search I landed on Diggit. I could not have been more pleased. He said it might be a week to pull permits and make room in his schedule but 2 days later he was there digging up my yard. The crew of 3 was respectful and efficient. They put in a new line and put everything back the way it was when they finished. And for all the work they did I found the price very reasonable. Communication was always clear and consistent. We were so impressed by Mark we decided to hire him to redo our driveway with crushed asphalt as well as put stone down in our barn. The crushed asphalt driveway is beautiful. The stone in the barn has been a Godsend. The original builder put some kind of junk sand in the barn that was incredibly dusty/dirty as well as anything that walked or drove on it sunk in 6" and filled the air with a heavy dust. The day Mark put the stone down the whole atmosphere of the barn changed. It is clean and clear inside, and it is easy to breathe. I'm so happy with the fix. We like Mark's work so much my husband and I keep thinking up projects for him to do for us!
