Winter cleanup was not completed as to agreed upon cleanup terms, hours worked were inflated and additional non agreed upon charges were incurred. Mulch was quoted for full yard and then multiple trees were not mulched. When we asked him to redo the work he did not do and discuss the hours worked- he threatened legal action for payment. Unfortunately, communication and appropriate billing are not a strong suit. I would guarantee you review multiple times with him what work you want done and do not enter contract for per hour worked.

Garrett is about 26 yrs old I think & I am more than 2x his age. Yes, I know life happens. But his job as a professional was to call me or text me immediately when he knew he could not make our agreed-upon appointment today. But he's young so I suggest you give him a chance.
