I was given an appointment with the owner's daughter. I already have my eyeliner done both…read moretop/bottom as well as my eyebrows and I'd had them touched-up by the same person in Chgo. for 20 years. As I was now living in Florida, this would be my first experience w/someone else. First, she was 20 minutes late in arriving to the appt. Second, she didn't bother to even introduce herself. She asked me to follow her into the room, looked over my face never saying ONE WORD. Her attitude was such that she appeared to be bothered that she had to come in to take care of me. Third, after I told her I wanted my eyeliner touched up she proceeded to take out her instruments and mix colors w/out having any conversation with me about what I wanted/needed colors, nothing. When I did start to discuss w/her, she was condescending and proceeded to explain to me that she had been tattooing since she was 15 and snarked about already knowing what she was doing before even receiving her certification (as if to say "shut up I know what I'm doing") and proceeded to absolutely JACK UP my eyeliner (top and bottom). 1. She made my line thicker (though I never asked her to). 2. She was so heavy handed with the needle that the ink ended up migrating both above and below. 3. I ended up having to go back 3xs in an attempt to fix the ink migration. 4. I never was able to get the shaky hand/crooked liner fixed. I had to call and speak w/her mother (the owner) to explain myself, and have this disaster fixed. I did not want her daughter to touch me! But the owner insisted her daughter was the best person to fix this issue. After the 3rd visit to attempt to fix the migration, COVID kicked-in. I was never able to go back as I ended up moving out of state (and quite frankly I just didn't want her to touch my face anymore). Honestly, her entire attitude that day was as though she'd had a fight w/her partner and took it out on my face. Needless to say, my ink is still migrated in some places and if you look closely, you can see her shaky hand in her line work. THE WORST!! She should lose her license (and consider buying herself a nicer personality). My opinion. Don't go. It's not inexpensive and more importantly, it's YOUR FACE! It's the fist thing people see and if you want yours to not end up like mine, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE FOR THIS PROCEDURE.

It's been about 4 years and I've been waiting for it to fade away so I can get it redone so I went to a different salon and come to find out, I can't get Microblading anymore until I get the ends of my brows laser removed. I knew it wasn't supposed to hurt that bad. I endured it because it was my first time. Now I don't know what to do but I am currently looking for someone to fix my tattooed brows.

I reached out to Groupon for a refund and Christina blatantly lied to them and said I got my hair done(funny considering I never even sat in her chair as she chose to take my mother first while I started to eat the lunch we picked up when she told us to come back a half hour later). This is disgusting behavior and I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt the way we have.

Getting married in Florida while living in New York City, I was apprehensive about organising from such distance. Janet made sure that everything was a breeze! From the start, Janet eased all my concerns. She took the time to work with my schedule in regards to doing a trial run the month before my wedding and planning out my wedding day timeline. I was worried that things wouldn't work out as I had planned to do a photoshoot in Epcot the morning of my wedding, but once again Janet put all my worries at rest. Janet is an expert at early morning shoots with Disney! Janet and I spoke via email/phone so that the day of the trial run I'd be prepared for makeup/hair ideas. Mind you, I am not a girly-girl so I knew that I needed to have someone do that for me. So after some review of the potential vendors, I contacted Janet and her friendly nature calmed all fears I had about the big day and how I would look. I really didn't have the time for a trial run so based on my gut feeling about Janet, I didn't force it into the schedule, and I don't regret that decision at all. She arrived as expected and quickly got to work. It was supposed to be hair and make-up for me, hair for sister and make-up for my niece. But things changed when Emma (the 6 year niece) commented how excited she was, and how she couldn't wait to get her hair done like her aunt and mom. Janet heard her ... asked Kelly if it was ok and then started to work on Emma's hair. When asked about her schedule and if this would make her late to her next appointment, she replied "that was ok, I need to do her hair." She made Emma feel like a princess. And my hair/make-up was just what I wanted. She made us all feel like queens and princesses. Two mornings later I got to go through the process again, when we got up even early for our wedding portraits (in the Magic Kingdom, in front, in and behind the castle). She quickly recreated my look from the wedding day. She was very easy to talk to and made the time go so quickly.
