I have had IPL and PICO laser treatments in the past (not here), so I understand that multiple treatments are often needed for full results and clearer skin. I wasn't expecting perfect results from one treatment, but I was certainly expecting some indication that the areas had actually been treated. Instead, it seems like additional spots that hadn't even surfaced before were brought out, so I now feel like I have twice as many spots. None of the treated spots have flaked off or improved, and I also have a wound on my shoulder that bled and still has not healed, which was not there before the treatment. I texted their texting line to let them know what was happening and received **no response at all.** At my follow-up appointment, the doctor came in and immediately wanted to do more laser. At that point, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to do another treatment. While I was waiting for the doctor, my daughter actually pointed out a roach crawling on the wall behind me. The office itself is dingy and simply does not feel clean or well maintained. The front desk staff initially seems nice, but when you ask questions or express concerns, the attitude quickly becomes irritated and passive-aggressive. I paid almost $600 and, almost three weeks later, feel that my skin is worse than when I walked in. I'm extremely disappointed with both the results and the lack of follow-up or concern when I reached out. My advice is to take your time finding a reputable dermatologist. It may take longer to get an appointment, but in my experience, it's worth waiting for a place you feel comfortable trusting with your skin.

I came here to get lip filler for the first time ever so I was a bit nervous. The staff was inviting and kind. My Nurse Practitioner was Karla. She was so sweet and educated me on the entire process. I felt very comfortable to continue with the service. She gave me a squishy taco to hold just in case of pain, but the procedure wasn't painful at all. She was very careful and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the finished product. I also noticed that they provide a bunch of other services for skin care, and laser so I will definitely be back to try another service.

I came in for a treatment and was advised by my provider to only do half a syringe first to see how my results settled before completing the second half -- a recommendation I followed in good faith. At that time, I was told the pricing would apply to both halves if I came back within 3 weeks. AT NO TIME during the first session was I told that this was a promotional rate NOR was it WRITTEN anywhere. When I called to schedule the second half, I was told the promotional price no longer applied and that I would be charged the full rate. It was only after this dispute arose that I even learned my original appointment had taken place during a promotional event. That information was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of my visit. After leaving my updated review, the owner contacted me via text offering a discounted rate -- not the original rate I was promised. I declined and wished them well. They then told me that if I removed my review, they would honor the original price. The desperation was apparent, and quite frankly it left a bad taste in my mouth. Then, rather than leave it there, the owner comes on here to respond to my original review and spin the narrative of what actually happened -- leaving out key facts and presenting a version of events that is simply not accurate. What they conveniently omit is that I was advised to split the treatment by their own provider, that I was told the pricing would apply to both halves, and that I had no knowledge of being part of a promotional event until after the dispute began. As for the offer, it was presented after the dispute arose, not as a goodwill gesture. Framing it as accommodation after the fact does not make it transparent pricing. I updated my review because my overall experience changed -- not out of spite, but because how a business handles a disagreement says just as much about them as the service itself. Responding to a customer's honest feedback with a public narrative that omits key facts, and privately offering incentives to suppress reviews, is not the transparency you claim to uphold. The appointment felt much shorter than any laser session I've had at other LaserAway locations. Throughout the treatment, the provider kept looking at her watch, which made me feel like she was in a hurry to finish. At the other LaserAway locations I've visited, the provider always marked the treatment areas first to make sure every section was covered. That wasn't done during my appointment here, and combined with how quickly the session went, I left feeling like not every area was treated thoroughly. I've always had great experiences with LaserAway, which is why this visit stood out. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration because consistency and attention to detail are important, especially for laser treatments. I left feeling rushed rather than cared for.

As you can see from the picture of the receipts, the total cost for a given treatment was $377.50. However, the actual charge to us was $392.41. The receipt sent to us didn't even mention the service charge, as you can see - only the credit card printout hinted that we were paying more than shown. The reason for the 3.95% surcharge/service fee? They "don't want to raise prices:, therefore they now pass along any credit card fees (or even debit cards) - which is a sneaky way to do a price increase. They say they disclose all this to customers, that we could have paid cash or check...however we were never informed of this. Note that this "policy" is not in writing anywhere, nor is it displayed at the cashier. So we have paid $14.91 extra every appointment, when we could have wrote checks instead. We called and talked to the owner Cathy to try to resolve, and I expected we would receive an apology, perhaps even a refund for the service charges. Instead, she was rude, insisted my wife just can't hear properly, and then hung up on us! Very disappointing that a place with otherwise good service could be dishonest like this.
