Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. I'm extremely happy with my results, and she absolutely deserves the recognition! Ask for her if you're signing up.

My hairdresser Cheryl is great and very flexible. Great with color cuts, Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin treatments (all of which I've gotten at some point). They are pricey for me but I have a lot of hair so I expect it I also love that she is collaborative and knows a lot about hair.
