Before leaving, I spoke with the owner in person, and he told me to email him explaining the situation so he could consider a refund. After I sent the email as requested, he later denied ever saying this and refused to offer any refund or partial credit. During one of my visits, the owner also yelled at me and my husband and my 4-month old daughter, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. He additionally yelled at me and asked if I 'spoke English,' which I found offensive and discriminatory. Not to mention he had 4 of his workers try to intimidate my husband by having them get uncomfortably close to him while having one tell me to leave because we had a baby in the building. This experience was disappointing and stressful. Between the lack of accountability, the way I was treated as a customer, and the refusal to work with me on unused prepaid sessions, I would not recommend this gym.

Upon walking in they have a long desk with what looks like a coffee or smoothie bar behind it and then a row of free towels on the end of the counter from which guests can choose. If you're visiting and not a member, you do have to fill out a liability/waiver form and then you walk down the hall to get to the gym. . The locker rooms are on the first floor, the men's LR is labeled, "John" & the women's is labeled, "Jane". The space is colorfully designed and has a sleek, curvature aesthetic. Picture arch entry ways, gold oval-shaped mirrors, plush throne chairs & neon decor lights. . There are several levels and the floral carpeted stairs lead to a lounge, a room with weights and exercise machines, and another long hall that will take you to the treadmills, ellipticals, and stairclimbers. The space is also pretty clean and they offer complimentary toiletries including lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. . The lockers come with dial locks, but they are tricky to use and no instructions on how to were posted. I kept mine unlocked and all of my belongings were present post workout. The greatest amenities live on the ground floor being the sauna, outdoor jacuzzi & pool. Although it was overcast today, I still got a good soak. . Right now, they are offering a promotion for two months free until February 12th. If you're in the abundant area of West Hollywood, be sure to check them out!

Easton's owner Toby and his passionate staff have facilitated a respectful and supportive community over a long period of time where all bodies are welcome, member input is prioritized, and most importantly, re-racking your weights and putting shit back where you found it is the norm! Working out at Easton feels like being part of a long tradition in Los Angeles. Even though the equipment isn't as new or exciting as other places and "it doesn't have air conditioning!" as everyone LOVES to say, nothing beats working out within Easton's beautiful brick walls, amongst vintage windows that catch a refreshing cross-breeze and dumbbells that look like they were carried by strong men in the 1940's. Easton rarely gets frustratingly crowded, and its members overall are simply RESPECTFUL, relaxed, authentic, and make this the type of business you can only find in Los Angeles. I love Easton gym!

They will say they were using it and I respectfully let them know they can work in with me if they'd like...These types also have difficulty with re-racking the weights and leaving towels/trash around, but thankfully staff has been good about keeping things tidy.

So you get this reformer, that is usually the only one left because nobody wants it, and you cannot see anything you're doing. Before you even finished with the class, the people in the class after you stampede their way in, and wait by your reformer while you're still actively working out! Waiting for you to vacate your reformer so they can hop in. It's so uncomfortable. It's like they're waiting by the door like The Walking Dead, and stumbled their way in to hover over you. All in all, I'm not coming back.

Being a personal trainer, Ernie listens to his clients and devises a plan for shaping up the body, lose weight or just tone up. The clean studio provides a good space for spin cycling, weight training, and strength training. For dog lovers, during the training one can meet Sassy the Wonder Dog, a lovable pitt bull and Frank the Tank, a Chihuahua mix. Both are wonderful pups. The second floor features the spin cycles class, whereas the first floor offers different types of weights, resistance bands and mats. We were excited to hear this and come visit when we had a planned trip to LA. The location of the studio is in iconic Sunset plaza where maybe movies were shot and you can regularly see the stars passing by. My wife actually saw Justin Bieber when we had lunch. The studio is named XRCYZE (Ex-er-cise) his corporate name is XRCYCLE which was the spin cycle classes he was running. The studio still has a lofted area with spin cycles but also offers tailored personal training sessions. Ernie uses combinations of fitness plans customized for the particular customer. He has plenty of equipment as pictured. I recalled him getting pretty good at the aerial yoga silks and he said he was researching incorporating that into the studio as well once the proper ceiling mounts can be constructed. He gave us a great tour of the studio, got to hang out with his adorable rescue dogs as well. We were going to do a session with Ernie but I'll be honest I'm on a long weekend vacation and I was just a little bit hung over but we have done stuff in the past with him and he is excellent.
