A staff member came to clean the table and clearly saw her bleeding finger, yet there was no apology, no concern, and not even a simple "Are you okay?" This lack of basic care and empathy was shocking. At a Michelin 3-star level, service should be attentive, respectful, and consistent for every guest. Unfortunately, our experience made us feel overlooked and unwelcome. At this level, service is not optional--it is a fundamental part of the experience. Being made to feel overlooked and unwelcome, combined with the lack of care in a situation involving a child's injury, made this an experience we cannot recommend. To be fair, the cuisine itself was exceptional--creativity, presentation, wine quality, and overall execution were all at a very high level (close to 10/10). The taste was strong (around 8/10).
