I have been in three of their cabs in the past two days and every experience I had has been horrible. The first cab drove me from DFW airport to downtown Ft Worth. The driver thought that turning the volume on the radio up to it's max level was appropriate. I asked him several times to turn it down because he would keep turning it back up after he turned it down. Such a jerk and didn't help me with my bags. I paid with a credit card and he asked me three times if I had cash and I said no each time. He kept huffing and puffing about it like a big spoiled toddler. What a joke! The second trip the driver drove like a bat out of hell and honked at every car that didn't accelerate the very second the light turned green. I wouldn't have cared so much but my tiny baby was in the car with me and I was scarred we would get into an accident because he was such an idiot driver. The third driver takes the cake. His car smelled like a combination of bad breath and air freshener. He was very polite until I gave him a twenty for my ten dollar ride and he told me he had no change. What kind of a cab driver doesn't carry any change. I scrounged together ten dollars but didn't have enough for tip which I apologized for. It's his fault he didn't have any change. Of course he didn't help me with my bags or the stroller and drove off like an A-hole with all his doors and trunk open.
