    I am a handicap senior citizen. I was in dire need of two items from the store. On Thursday…read more06/26/26 I was parked at the front door of the store. I called the store and employe Amos Moore answered the phone. I informed Mr. Moore of the two items I was seeking. I also explained that I was handicap and parked at the front door of the store. Within minutes, he came out, assessed my needs by looking under the hood of my car and at my rear lights. He went back in the store, looked up the items came out with them and told me how much it would be. I gave him the cash and I was short $.11. I started to scrounge around in my console to look for the $.11. When I turned around, I was going to tell him I'll just give him an extra dollar, but he was not standing at my car door. He had gone to his car to retrieve the $.11. for me. Amos Moore went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He treated me like a friend or a family member and this means the world to me. He was professional, kind, and caring. Please know that he is a valuable employee and should be treated as such. I followed up with a call to district manager, Vanessa Mason. Ms. Mason took the time to hear about my experience at the Solon Store and expressed how happy she was to hear of the service that Mr. Moore provided. Vanessa Mason's expertise and knowledge as a district manager will ensure continued success to your corporation. I will inform all my friends and family members to drive past an Auto Zone store and find the nearest Advanced Auto Parts store because the service is outstanding.     I reached out to the dealer to schedule an appointment for annual service, a pre-sale inspection,…read moreand to address an issue with the cruise control switch on my 2015 S1000R. Dale Kramer from the dealer eventually told me that the next available appointment is July 21st, at which point I said let's schedule but I may have to cancel if my motorcycle sells. The dealer then refused to schedule with me because I indicated I may have to cancel if the bike sells. Apparently they only schedule "confirmed" service appointments. Since 2006, I've owned over 20 different BMW's including currently owning a m750LI, M8 Competition, X5 45e, and my S1000R. My intent was to sell the S1000R before summer and order a M1000XR. I can tell you now, I have ZERO intent in purchasing another Beemer if this is the level of service to be expected. I've never experienced this level of terrible service from ANY car or motorcycle brand and will not support any brand that believes this is an acceptable level of service.     I visited this dealership on January 28th for a Triple Black BMW R 1300 GSA. I chose to support…read morethis local shop even though I had a prior out of state offer for a 300 mile demo unit that was $1,750 lower. I have already spent thousands of dollars purchasing motorcycle gear from this dealership, yet this loyalty was a massive mistake. ​I placed a $1,000 deposit on January 28th after Dale Kramer told me verbally it was fully refundable and promised to call if another buyer was interested. He never called. During inspection, I did not see the bike lacked the top box carrier rack because it was hidden by soft luggage. When I discovered this less than a week later, Dale told me it would cost $1,200 to add it. ​When I raised concerns, Dale tried to push a red bike on me and intentionally lied about technical specs, claiming the "Comfort" suspension has the same travel as a standard GSA. It is actually 20mm (0.8 inches) lower. I texted on February 5th to cancel, but Dale is refusing my refund, claiming he had "multiple buyers" and is trying to force me to buy other merchandise. ​I strongly suggest everyone record their conversations here. I did exactly that. I have filed a credit card dispute and am filing claims with the Ohio Attorney General and BBB. I am taking this to Small Claims Court where my recorded evidence will be used.
