Did not see that his main comp was next to township dumpster and other comps were pulled from worse school district (Belmont hills). Lied about the guidelines he allegedly had to follow (within .8 miles radius, settled within last 3 months, within +/-25% sq). There are no such hard guidelines. Simply forgot to include the list of updates done to the house. What a sloppy job!!! Avoid this person at all costs.

Also , the apartment at 21 East price street apt 1a had issues with termites , roaches, mice, and neighbors being loud upstairs with their dog. The washer in the basement does not work, however there is a 24 hour laundry mat around the corner. Also, when I first moved in , the front door was not working and I had to ask my neighbor who lived across from me to open the front door. brought these concerns numerous occasions, the apartment did not care about them at all. The Maintance team they contract with who name is very not professional at all as well. I work full time and go to school full time, so I had to come home every day to a very bad apartment. I was able to find a place with MD Dwellings at a reasonable price (in RiverWest) and they were extremely accommodating and flexible with picking up the keys. The place was clean and spacious and my parents had a great experience. The day they were leaving we were even able to get "late checkout" and leave their luggage in the apartment while we ran some additional errands. Would definitely recommend!

So I decided after learning the background of their company that I should go with someone who works within a system that includes accountability such as ratings by tenants such as AirBNB. Not because I believed all that I read online, but because I wanted greater certainty that I had a decent place to stay after a cross-country move.
