I initially called to have my kitchen sink cleared of a stoppage. They bring in a snake and proceed to snake from under the sink. It took them a while and ultimately, they were unable to get it cleared. Ok, sometimes at the end of the day we don't have on our thinking caps and we are not as quick witted as we could be. Why do people ask stupid questions like why do I need your Master Plumber's License? Only people on Staten Island would be stupid enough to get angry at a customer for asking such a thing. Nothing nefarious about that question when you want to confirm you are doing business with a LICENSED AND INSURED company. GTFOH. Making him look bad in front of the boss? CTFU. Boss should know smart people hire companies that their bona fides in order. Rates seemed fair. They took all the stuff they bought in back out and left the little mess they made (no problem) I'll leave it to clean up after I get the sink fixed. Would you go to a doctor and not know if he is licensed to practice medicine? Want just anyone working on your electric? I don't. The rest of Staten Island can do what they want. I was not charged, though by the time I went up to get checkbook to come back down to see how much I should give them for trying (not what they quoted me), they were already gone.

My sump pump started beeping, so Choice Home Warranty dispatched Flawless Sewer Service Corp. He said both the main sump pump and the backup system needed to be replaced, explaining only that the check valve was installed "too high." This made little sense considering the sump pump was installed by a licensed plumber in 2020 and has operated without any issues for years. Based solely on that assessment, Choice Home Warranty denied my claim, citing improper installation. Wanting a second opinion before replacing the system, I hired another contractor. He found that the main sump pump was working perfectly. The only issue was that the backup sump pump battery had reached the end of its life and needed replacement. No installation problem existed with the primary pump. Based on my experience - I have no choice but to conclude that they are not interested in diagnosing the real problem and only there to collect the service fee.

I accepted the price, but immediately after the repair, I noticed water dripping heavily from the showerhead. I contacted the technician right away and sent the requested photos and videos. After several messages, he said he would return on Tuesday, four days later. The day before the appointment, I contacted him to confirm the time. He asked me to send the photos and videos again, which I did, but he did not show up as promised. He later told me to wait a few more days because the problem might resolve itself. He also suggested replacing the showerhead. I purchased and installed a new showerhead that same day, but the leak continued. I gave the company several opportunities to return and correct the issue, but they did not follow through. I now have to hire another company to repair the problem. I will also be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey and the appropriate insurance company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company or its services.
